Defect. Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2015-2019 Lincoln MKC, Mustang, F-350 SD, F-250 SD, F-450 SD, 2015-2017 Lincoln Navigator, Expedition, 2015-2018 Edge, Transit Connect, 2016-2019 F-550 SD, Transit, 2017-2019 Econoline, and 2019 Ranger vehicles. The rearview camera may display a distorted, inverted, or blank image when the vehicle is in reverse.

Risk. A rearview camera that displays an inverted, distorted, or blank image can reduce the driver’s view behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy. Dealers will inspect and replace the rearview camera as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 13, 2026. Ford owners will receive letters in phases, beginning January 2026 and June 2026. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 25S89. Defect. Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2017-2018 F-Super Duty F-250, F-350, and F-450 4x4 vehicles. A radial damper inside the driveshaft may move out of position over time, which can cause a driveshaft imbalance and result in a fracture.

Risk. A fractured driveshaft can cause a loss of drive power. Additionally, a vehicle rollaway could occur while parked if the parking brake is not engaged. Either of these scenarios increases the risk of a crash.

Remedy. Dealers will replace the driveshaft, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 27, 2023. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 22S74.

Defect. Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2017-2020 F-Super Duty F-250, F-350, F-450, and 2017-2020 Lincoln Continental vehicles equipped with the 360-degree camera system. Degradation of the camera's anit-reflective lens coating can lead to a foggy or cloudy rearview camera image.

Risk. Lack of a clear rearview camera image can reduce the driver's visibility of what is behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy. Dealers will replace the rearview camera, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 14, 2023. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-800-1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 22S51.

Defect. Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2017-2022 F-250 and F-350 Super Duty vehicles equipped with gasoline engines and aluminum driveshafts. Underbody heat and noise insulators may loosen and contact the aluminum driveshaft, which could damage the driveshaft and cause it to fracture.

Risk. A fractured driveshaft can cause a loss of drive power, or a loss of vehicle control if the driveshaft contacts the ground. Additionally, unintended movement could occur while parked if the parking brake is not engaged. Any of these scenarios can increase the risk of a crash.

Remedy. Dealers will inspect and repair the driveshaft as necessary, and properly attach the underbody insulators, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on April 7, 2022. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 22S09.

Defect. Icon Vehicle Dynamics, LLC (Icon) is recalling all 05-UP FSD 2.5 Centerline Stabilizer Kits with part number 65050. The kits were sold as an accessory for certain 2005-2021 Ford F-250 4X4 and F-350 4X4 pickup trucks. The foam ring inside the stabilizer "through shaft" may block the piston ports, possibly causing the steering to lock up.

Risk. If the steering locks, it can increase the risk of a crash.

Remedy. Icon will notify owners, and dealers will install a new shock assembly with a revised foam ring and steel support disc, free of charge. The recall began December 21, 2020. Owners may contact Icon customer service at 1-951-689-4266.

Defect. Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2017-2019 F-Super Duty F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 SuperCrew Cab vehicles with carpet flooring. If a front seat belt pretensioner deploys as the result of a crash, the sparks may ignite materials such as carpeting or insulation within the B-pillar area.

Risk. A vehicle fire could result if materials ignite inside the vehicle.

Remedy. Ford will notify owners, and dealers will apply heat resistant tape to the carpet and its insulation, and modify the B-Pillar insulation as necessary, free of charge. Defect. Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2017-2019 Super Duty F-250, F-350, and F-450 trucks equipped with an electric tailgate latch release switch mounted in the tailgate handle. Water may enter the electrical wiring system and cause a short circuit, activating the switch and releasing the tailgate latches.

Risk. Unintended tailgate opening may allow unrestrained cargo to fall out of the truck bed and become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy. Ford will notify owners, and dealers will modify the tailgate/frame wiring harnesses by adding jumper pigtails to isolate the tailgate release control circuits and will install a new tailgate handle release switch, free of charge. Defect. Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2015-2019 Ford F-150 and 2017-2019 Ford F-250 Super Duty, F-350 Super Duty, F-450 Super Duty, and F-550 Super Duty pick-up trucks equipped with an engine block heater and previously remedied under recall 18V894. During the previous repair, the block heater cable's splice connector may have been damaged.

Risk. A damaged cable could cause a resistive short, increasing the risk of overheated or melted wiring, increasing the risk of a fire.

Remedy. Ford will notify owners, and dealers will disable the engine block heater from being used. When replacement cables become available, a second notice will be mailed and dealers will replace the engine block heater cord, free of charge. The recall began May 31, 2019. Defect. Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2015-2017 Ford F-150, and 2017 F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 Super Duty trucks. The doors on these vehicles may have a bent or kinked actuation cable or the door latches may freeze after water gets into the latch. Either condition can result in the doors opening while driving although they appear to be closed.

Risk. A door that opens while driving can increase the risk of injury.

Remedy. Ford will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the door latch actuation cables and repair if necessary, and install water shields over the door latches, free of charge. Defect. Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2017 Ford F-150, F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 trucks with manually-adjusted front passenger seats. The seat belt anchor may not be adequately welded to the seat cushion frame. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 210, "Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages," and 207, "Seating Systems."

Risk. The seat belt buckle weld may fail, preventing the occupants from being properly restrained in the event of a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy. Ford will notify owners, and dealers will replace the front passenger manual seat track, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin November 6, 2017. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 17C17.

The left rear inflatable seat belt buckle assembly may be inadequately attached to its mounting bracket. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 210, "Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages."

Risk. If the left rear inflatable seat belt buckle separates from it's mounting bracket, the seat occupant may not be adequately restrained, increasing their risk of injury.

Remedy. Ford will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the seat belt assembly, replacing the attaching rivet as necessary, free of charge. Interim notices informing owners of the safety risk were mailed October 18, 2017. Owners will receive a second notice when the remedy becomes available. Defect. Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2017 Ford Explorer, F-150, F-250, F-350, F-450 and F-550 vehicles equipped with a manual driver's seat back recliner mechanism. In the event of a crash, the seat back frame may not restrain the occupant due to having inadequate welds. As such, these vehicles may not meet the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) numbers 202a, "Head Restraints" and 207, "Seating Systems."

Risk. If the occupant is not adequately restrained in the event of a crash, they have an increased risk of injury.

Defect. Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2017 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks manufactured August 10, 2016, to September 17, 2016. The frame reinforcement bracket may not have been attached to the front fuel tank strap, allowing the fuel tank strap to separate from the frame.

Risk. A fuel tank strap that separates and allows the fuel tank to contact the ground may cause a fuel leak, increasing the risk of a fire.

Defect. Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain model year 2017 Ford F-250 SD, F-350 SD, F-450 SD, and F-550 SD trucks manufactured March 21, 2016, to August 28, 2016. The protective shield on the fuel conditioning module may have inadequate adhesion, allowing the shield to become dislodged.

Risk. If the shield becomes dislodged, the drain valve may open resulting in a fuel leak. A fuel leak, in the presence of an ignition source, increases the risk of a fire. Under certain conditions, significant liquid fuel on the road surface may cause a slip hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.

The Office of Defect Investigations (ODI) has received 27 complaints alleging diesel fuel leaks due to a fracture in the secondary fuel filter housing in model year (MY) 2015-2021 Ford Motor Company (Ford) F-250, 350, 450, and 550 Super Duty vehicles equipped with 6.7L diesel engines. The contact owns a 2017 Ford F-350 SD. The contact stated that while operating the vehicle and hauling a trailer, there was an audible alarm activated and the message "Trailer Brake Disconnected" was displayed. After parking to inspect the vehicle, the contact found no failure, and the trailer was securely connected. The failure was intermittent while hauling the trailer. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer. The contact was informed of a TSB for the electronic brake controller software update. The vehicle was not included in the manufacturer's extended warranty coverage associated with the failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 35,000.

While driving a 2017 Ford F-350 Super Duty Dually (6.7L Power Stroke) at highway speeds while towing a horse trailer containing live animals, a sudden and catastrophic failure of the secondary fuel filter occurred. The driver noticed a severe and sudden drop in fuel economy, accompanied by a strong diesel odor inside the cabin.Upon arriving safely at our destination, an inspection of the engine compartment revealed that the top plastic cap of the OEM secondary fuel filter housing had completely cracked right in the top middle. Diesel fuel was actively spraying out under extreme low-pressure system pressure (approximately 8.5 bar) all over the hot engine compartment.The pressurized diesel fuel completely saturated the front hood insulation liner, soaked the entire engine, coated the undercarriage, front left tire, all four rear dually tires, the truck bed, and the entire front face of the horse trailer. The fuel exposure has already caused multiple rubber gaskets and body-to-hood weatherstripping seals at the rear of the engine compartment to swell and degrade. This massive, pressurized fuel leak created an imminent, severe risk of a catastrophic engine fire while the vehicle was traveling at speed with a heavy load. The truck wasted roughly an entire 40-gallon tank of fuel (over $175 in extra fuel costs) during the transit due to the severity of the leak.This vehicle is a direct match for the vehicle and component population currently under active NHTSA Investigation PE24014.

I have a 2017 ford f350 diesel 6.7 and replaced the low pressure fuel pump in 2022 at about 57000 miles. Then again in July of 2026 the fuel pump has had to be replaced again at 68000 miles. I read that many 2022 ford vehicles were recalled in that year for a bad fuel pump. So I think I might have been given a bad fuel pump from that year 2022 and now its bad again. This is a know problem for fords I dont understand why there is not a recall for these pumps. Ford is been building bad pumps for a long time and are getting away with it, A fuel pump should not have to be replaced after 3 years. The work was all done at the Beach Ford Dealership in myrtle beach sc 29575.

The contact owns a 2017 Ford F-350 equipped with Goodyear Tires, Tire Line: Wrangler All Terrain Adventure, Tire Size: LT275/70/R18, DOT Number: (N/A). While the contact's friend was driving 55 MPH, there was a blowout of the rear passenger’s side tire. The driver prevented a crash; however, the failure caused a significant amount of damage when the truck bed lowered and nearly separated from the chassis, the hubcap detached, and the exhaust pipe was bent in half. The driver pulled over to a truck stop and installed the spare and secured the truck bed to the frame with harness straps to prevent the truck bed from separating. The contact notified the manufacturer about the failure and requested that the tire be shipped for inspection to determine any potential liability. The contact had not yet submitted the tire or any documentation to the manufacturer. The failure mileage was approximately 10,000.

I recently replaced a defective reductant (DEF) pump and wiring harness due to corrosion. The cause and repairs were diagnosed and performed by a ford dealership. Without addressing the issue the vehicle would randomly engage a "limp" mode and limit the speed to 50 mph, forcing the driver to operate at unsafe speeds on freeways and highways. Defect is a hazard to driver and other vehicles due to the unpredictable speed control caused by the defective parts. Ford is aware of the defective part and issued a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) 23-2161.

I am filing this complaint regarding my Ford F-350, VIN [XXX], which caught fire on XXX. The truck had approximately 130,000 miles, which I consider low mileage for a properly maintained diesel Ford F-350. These trucks are known for long service life, and many Ford diesel trucks routinely remain in service for 20 years or more and exceed 250,000 miles when properly maintained. For that reason, I did not expect a sudden and catastrophic fire in a truck with only 130,000 miles. While driving, passing motorists alerted us the truck was on fire. The fire appeared to originate in the engine compartment and spread extremely rapidly. Within a very short period, the front of the truck was engulfed in flames and sustained catastrophic damage. Based on the speed and severity of the fire, I am concerned a failure in the engine compartment, fuel system, electrical system, or another vehicle component may have caused or contributed to the fire. This truck has been well maintained, kept clean, and responsibly cared for. I followed the manufacturer’s maintenance guidelines and did not expect a sudden engine-compartment fire. After the fire, I found reports of other F-350 fires and references to fire-related complaints and investigations. This raises serious concerns Ford may have known of a potential fire risk involving these trucks. This incident created major safety hazard not only to the occupants of the truck, but to other motorists and anyone nearby. Had passing drivers not alerted us,

Factory Ford 20” wheels with Factory Installed Michelin 275/65 R20 LTX A/T2 tires. Tires have just under 30,000 miles on them and still have more than 50% tread. Tread wear is even. Tires have been rotated. Truck has 73,000 miles but had different wheels and tires for first 43,000 miles. I stored these wheels and tires inside climate controlled building. When my aftermarket tires wore out, I put these back on. They had 10 miles on them when I took them off. I have had them on since April 2022. On Friday June 5th, 2026 I was traveling about 60 MPH and had a catastrophic blow-out of the passenger side rear tire. The tires blew completely apart and the wheel hit the ground and the back side of the wheel broke off, before I could get over to the side of the road the tire beat the bed and running board to pieces and even damaged the exhaust and bumper. The wheel was ruined. Thousands of dollars in damage. All the tires are in good condition, not dry rotted, no cracks, the truck has been indoors in a garage. They hold air. TMPS works and I check my pressure all the time. I had just set the air pressure early that morning before leaving. The tires are less than 10 years old which is the date for replacement. They have more than half their tread. No cracks. They hold pressure perfectly. They are worn evenly. No reason for the tire to have blown out other than a manufacturing defect. When I got stopped there was a huge hole in tire and no tread on it at all.

A valve spring broke on a drivers side valve.

The truck unexpectedly downshifts to 1st gear when traveling up to 45 mph and causes a dangerous change in speed. It recovers after a few seconds and goes back to normal shifting. This has happened multiple times. Once about 6 months ago and then again a couple days ago.

I am filing a complaint regarding deceptive and potentially fraudulent practices by a dealership. I visited the dealership to look at two Ford trucks that were both advertised as having clean titles and clean Carfax reports with no major history. Vehicle 1: VIN: [XXX] This truck appeared to have significant undisclosed flood damage. There was visible water inside trim areas, mold present, and water movement could be heard and seen when braking. It was clear the vehicle had been exposed to water damage despite being advertised as clean. Vehicle 2: VIN: [XXX] This truck appeared to have undisclosed front-end damage consistent with a prior accident. The damage seemed to be intentionally concealed and was not disclosed in the listing. When I questioned the salesperson, he acted dismissively and claimed no knowledge of any issues, despite the problems being obvious. Both vehicles were advertised as clean with no significant history, which I believe is misleading and potentially fraudulent. This raises serious concerns about the dealership’s business practices and the safety of vehicles they are selling. I request that this matter be investigated. Thank you. My truck had a recall for the door locks freezing, which my truck had an issue with. The dealer performed the recall and 1 of the doors continued to freeze. The door will not latch and it will open when driving down the road. I took it back to the dealer and they charged me to diagnose and confirm it's still doing it. They will not repair it again, they said the recall repair was inadequate and it would cost 900$ to fix.

Driving uphill at approx 20mph near my home. Loud bang/explosion from engine or front driver-side wheel well. Red alarm flashed on instrument cluster (something like “Front Brake Failure”) and strong odor of fuel or exhaust entered cab. I immediately pulled into a pullout and put vehicle in park when I noticed flames coming from the engine compartment through the gaps in hood and wheel well. I splashed a small amount of water on the driver side front tire, but the fire continued to grow. I backed away to a safe distance and called 911. Within 5 minutes, the entire engine compartment was on fire and I captured on video explosions as the fire raged Local fire department arrived within 15 minutes, but the entire engine and cab had already been destroyed by fire. Had I been driving at high speed or with passengers, this incident could have resulted in serious burn injuries and death. Had I been driving during summer months, this incident would have caused a devastating wildfire. Had I been in traffic, I may have caused a multi-car wreck. There were absolutely no warning indicators that such a violent incident could occur. Tow truck driver said it may have been a fuel filter issue which has caused other Super Duty’s to experience sudden and catastrophic engine compartment fires. Minimal research showed me that NHSTA is investigating Ford Super Duty for this very issue. My F350 is model year 2017. Dear NHTSA, On two separate occasions—May 2025 and December 2025, approximately six months apart—I experienced fuel leaks from the upper fuel filter on my 2017 F-350 while driving. Both filters had previously been replaced with genuine Ford parts. I am deeply concerned that my safety was compromised during these incidents. In both cases, diesel fuel was leaking down the engine compartment without any warning indicators or alerts on the dashboard. The only indication of a problem was the smell of fuel, which I initially assumed was external. It wasn’t until I stopped the vehicle that I discovered a steady stream of fuel leaking. The most recent occurrence happened while I was on vacation, approximately 650 miles from home. There were no prior symptoms or warnings, making it extremely difficult to detect while driving, as the smell dissipates in the wind. In my opinion, this represents a significant safety hazard. Diesel fuel streaming down a hot engine could easily result in a fire, posing a serious risk to both the driver and passengers.

I have a 2017 F-350 SuperDuty with the Engine Block Heater option, two recalls have been issued related to a condition that can cause overheating of the power cord with the possibility of a fire. Recall 18V-894 and 19V-278 have both been applied and verified by Ford Customer Service. During the recent cold weather in the Houston, Texas area, the engine block heater was used to keep the engine warm to assist with starting. When I disconnected the power cord the was hot enough to have melted the plug to the point where the blades in the plug were loose and I had to use gloves to separate the engine heater cord from the extension cord. This should have been fixed under one or both of the previous recalls. It represents an electrical hazard that could lead to fire and loss of property. I asked Ford to remedy the situation under case XXX and they have declined to resolve the hazard. Please review this case and have Ford issue a third recall to remedy this safety issue. Experienced CP4 pump failure!!!!! Failed because the pump was not designed for diesel fuel in the United States. And FORD puts them on trucks and Refuses to recall them knowing good and well they are not designed for diesel fuel in the United States. Is our government going to continue to allow ford to do this????

The adhesive for the rear sliding window is failing and as a result this window is about to come off.

My 2017 panoramic sunroof pops open when it wants and it leaks very bad on all the electronic in the vehicle and I have a pacemaker, I can't be shocked by anything or it kills the pacemaker, so the leaking issue ford will not help me on which ford has never wanted to help ever since I owned the truck, this is a issue if someone has a implant like a pacemaker people can't be shocked if having one, your help is much appreciated thanks

This truck had a complete fuel system replaced already once when it failed while the customer was driving. We are the next owners and didn't know it had this major failure before purchase. We know this fuel pump is an issue and Ford has active law suits against them as these pumps that they continue to put even in the new Fords and all other makes of trucks are blowing up daily. Ford sees it as a revenue stream to keep their shops busy. Fuel is highly flammable and we tow a travel trailer. I would hate to see something bad happen because they won't issue a recall. There several years that are under recall currently and our year is not one of them but it has the same pump. They should not only issue recalls on all trucks that have the known failing CP4 pump, but also give the customers the option to upgrade with the after market DCR pump. The one pump that has been the #1 best replacement option. Installing a new CP4 pump only buys Ford mote time to next failure and keeps their ships full. We spent 50k on this truck. Again, it already happened once! Let's be sure to issue recalls on ALL trucks with CP4 pumps with a real solution and not just another dangerous CP4. We don't want our truck to catch on fire while driving. Its a very big safety concern!

When you start the vehicle the brake pedal falls to the floor and you can not stop it. Also at a stop the brake pedal slowly falls to the floor. According to the dealer they don’t know what causes this and it still does it. They said no ABS lights came on so this is normal. I don’t think it’s normal if I put it in reverse and can not get it to stop because the pedal recedes out of my reach. The truck kept going in reverse the brakes wouldn’t stop it.

Engine Shuts Off Upon Acceleration on the onramp to a interstate highway causing the Ford f350SD, 6.7L Diesel to come to a stop in the outside lane of Interstate I81. Engine Shutdown happened again on a 2 lane highway while passing a slow farm tractor. The problem has been confirmed by Harrisonburg Ford, Harrisonburg, VA. The high pressure fuel pump is causing metal to be distributed throughout fuel system. The complete contaminated fuel system is required to be replaced by a High Pressure Fuel Pump KIT, which the Dealer ordered against the workorder for my truck. For over a month now, My truck is parked in the dealer storage and stating they are waiting on approval to start repair. Note I have Ford's Extended Warranty. I've read online that many other owners of 6.7L Diesel trucks are having the same problems. I my opinion, a RECALL is certainly justified for this issue.

The plastic frame holding the rear cab glass has broken causing the glass to come loose making a concern of the glass falling into cab and injuring a passenger. This has been checked by both a Ford dealership/service center and Safelite glass. Both service providers indicate that there is not a repair for this it is a complete replacement of the window. I have been informed by Safelite that they have replaced many of these because the adhesive used during manufacturing does not properly adhere to the plastic frame/rail resulting in the failure. Furthermore, the replacement window has a different design, to eliminate this problem from reoccurring.

While driving on the highway at 65 MPH, my driver’s door flew open, and the door will not latch. This almost caused my truck to hit another car causing me to swerve to the shoulder to prevent a major accident. This was a very scary incident and should be investigated further.

While traveling down the road a bump or dip in the road causes the front wheels begin to shake and jerk violently causing the vehicle to drift over the road and loose steering control. This situation is amplified when carrying or pulling a load and is extremely difficult to manage and stop once started. Braking exacerbates the situation resulting in almost loosing control. This has happed multiple times, multiple dates over the years, at different speeds usually over 45mph.

2017 Ford F-350 with door latches that freeze. There are multiple symptoms which occur whenever the temperature drops below 32 degrees: (1) The door will not open when door handle pulled, (2) the door opens but latch sticks in the "open" position which does not allow door to latch closed, or (3) the door opens while driving due to not being fully latched. I have only had #3 happen once. Primarily, #2 is the scenario that happens most often. I am able to open the driver's door, but cannot drive the vehicle until I am able to exercise or warm up the latching mechanism enough to safely latch the door. This is accomplished by pressing the door lock/unlock switch repeatedly or slamming and holding the door, then pressing the lock button. I am told by the dealership that my VIN does not qualify for Recall 17S33. It did qualify for Customer Service Program 18N03, which was performed in 2022. However, the "fix" did not last beyond a month or so and Ford clearly states that 18N03 is a "One Time Only" repair. It seems to me that Ford knew back in 2017 (or before) they had problems with freezing door latches as this also occurs on the F150 and there have been MULTIPLE recalls that still have not fixed the issue. At best, this is annoying that a $75,000 vehicle cannot be driven until the door has been slammed, exercised, or manipulated enough times to allow the door to latch. During recent oil change at a Ford dealership, Ford warned of an Oil Leaknon the “Upper Oil Pan” that could cause a fire and total loss. This problem was due to the improper installation of a gasket sealant at the time of manufacture. 2020 variants of the same vehicle saw the silicone gasket previously being used replaced be a conventional gasket which has rectified the issues being experienced by these models. These affected vehicles could pose a major risk not only the owners but to other motorists in the event a fire spontaneously ignites. They should be recalled and a conventional gasket (as has been implemented by Ford themselves) installed.

I experienced what is known as the “Death wobble” after contacting a bumpy road at approximately 70 mph. I was able to exit the freeway and determine that it wasn’t a blown tire or some other condition that caused this. After some research on my vehicle, I determined that this “death wobble” is fairly common with my model and year of truck.

For many months while attemting to slide open or tilt my sun roof the sun roof would jamb and not move. Then one day after I was able to get my sunroof into the tilted up position I was unable to get it to re turn down and sealed. Took my Vehicle to the FORD dealer near me where they confirmed that the sun roof track had been severely damaged and would need to have the entire frame rail replaced at a cost of $6,000+. Upon researching online I have come to find out that many of Ford vehicles equiped with the panoramic sunroof have had this exact same problem and the primary cause of the problem was substandard plastic material being used in the track/frame design that fractures easily and jambs and breaks sunroof components. Because of this problem I was unable to close my sunroof subjecting my vehicle to water damages and forceing me to have the dealer fix it to avoid water damage at an exorbenant cost.

I’ve been having repeated issue with a death wobble I’ve replaced my draglink and tie rod end and it hasn’t helped in the slightest

Engine had 77K miles on it and began knocking while towing a 5th wheel trailer. Took vehicle to diesel mechanic and was informed of rod bearing issues with the 6.7 powerstroke diesel. The entire long block had to be replaced due to poor design issues which were corrected with he new long block. Vehicle was out of the warranty period despite only have 77K miles on the engine and all maintenance was up to date.

Brake rotors are glazing over after replacement, truck is rarely driven as its a weekend vehicle in town. I was told when I took in to dealership that the problem wasnt sticking calipers at the time but dealership didnt confirm checking, they just replaced the rotors and pads then sent me on my way. Now at current servicing the problem is re-occuring. The service tech is now attempting to re-charge me to diagnose and repair. I'm simply asking to verify if there was ever any recall related to this vehicle in the past to support my issue
