1ST TO 2ND GEAR SHIFTS ARE HESITANT AND ROUGH, SOMETIMES DANGEROUS CAUSING TRUCK TO JUMP FORWARD. USUALLY IN PARKING LOTS. IF STOPPED ON A DOWNHILL ; I TAKE FOOT OFF BRAKE THEN THE TRUCK WILL ROLL LIKE ALL CARS DO, AND THEN WHEN I STEP ON THE ACCELERATOR, THE TRUCK ENGINE WILL REV UP AS IF IN NEUTRAL THEN SLAM INTO GEAR CAUSING ME TO NEARLY REAR END THE CARS IN FRONT ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS

THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND TOLD THE CONTACT TO TAKE THE VEHICLE BACK TO THE DEALER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 3,000.
