Defect. REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2022-2025 Fleetwood Bounder, Flair, Fortis, Holiday Rambler Admiral, Invicta, Vacationer, 2023-2025 Fleetwood Flex, Holiday Rambler Eclipse, and 2022-2023 Fleetwood Southwind motorhomes. The engine exhaust tip may detach, allowing exhaust fumes to enter the cabin.

Risk. Exhaust fumes inside the cabin increases the risk of injury or death from carbon monoxide poisoning. In addition, a detached exhaust tip can become a road hazard for other road users, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy. Dealers will install a clamp to the exhaust tip, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed April 26, 2025. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417. REV's number for this recall is 250221REV.

Defect. REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2019-2025 Holiday Rambler Admiral, 2023-2025 Holiday Rambler Eclipse, Fleetwood Flex, and 2019-2024 Fleetwood Flair motorhomes. The exterior patio outlet may lack GFCI protection when powered by the generator or shore cord.

Risk. An outlet without GFCI protection may fail to shut off electrical power when a ground-fault occurs, increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy. Dealers will install GFCI protection device prior to the inverter transfer switch, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 11, 2024. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417. REV's number for this recall is 240812REV.

Defect. REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2019-2025 Holiday Rambler Admiral, 2018 Holiday Rambler Admiral XE, Fleetwood Storm, 2023-2025 Holiday Rambler Eclipse, Fleetwood Flex, 2018-2025 Fleetwood Flair, 2020-2024 Fleetwood Fortis, 2020-2025 Holiday Rambler Invicta, 2018-2023 Fleetwood Pace Arrow, and 2018-2019 Holiday Rambler Vacationer XE motorhomes, equipped with the HappiJac drop down bed option. The front overhead cabinet fasteners can break, allowing the overhead cabinet to detach.

Risk. A cabinet that detaches while the vehicle is in motion can distract the driver, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy. Dealers will inspect and install new hardware and fasteners as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 7, 2024. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417. REV's number for this recall is 240809REV.

Defect. REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Holiday Rambler Vacationer, Invicta, Navigator, Admiral, Fleetwood Southwind, Bounder, Pace Arrow, 2021-2022 Fleetwood Fortis, Flair, 2023 Fleetwood Flex and Holiday Rambler Eclipse motorhomes. The service valves on the LPG tanks may have improper thread depth, which can cause a propane leak.

Risk. A propane leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.

Remedy. Dealers will inspect and if necessary replace the service valves, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 20, 2023. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417.

Defect. REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2018-2019 Fleetwood Jamboree, 2020-2023 Fleetwood Southwind, Bounder, Flair, Fortis, Holiday Rambler Admiral, Invicta, Vacationer, 2021-2023 Fleetwood Discovery, Discovery LXE, Holiday Rambler Navigator, Armada, Nautica, 2023 Fleetwood Flex, Holiday Rambler Eclipse, 2021 Fleetwood Pace Arrow LXE, 2018 Holiday Rambler Vesta, 2022-2023 Fleetwood Frontier, 2021-2022 Fleetwood Pace Arrow, Holiday Rambler Endeavor, and 2019 Holiday Rambler Augusta motorhomes. The hydraulic lines may have been improperly routed, secured, or protected, which can result in a hydraulic fluid leak.

Risk. A hydraulic fluid leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.

Remedy. Dealers will inspect the hydraulic hoses for chafing or heat damage, and install hose protection, or replace them as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 28, 2022. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417.

What component failed & is it available for inspection? Multiple critical safety systems failed, and the vehicle is available for inspection. Primary failures include the main entry door lock assembly and a complete electrical power failure to the LP propane safety leak detector. Secondary failures include malfunctioning front hood locks, a defective propane tank refueling sensor, and a cracked factory water heater weld. How was safety put at risk? The main entry door lock assembly failed mechanically, physically trapping occupants inside the living coach with no mechanical release and forcing an emergency window escape. This same door mechanism unlatched and swung completely open while transit on public highways, creating an extreme crash/ejection hazard. Additionally, the total electrical failure to the LP propane detector left occupants with zero protection or warning against toxic or explosive gas leaks. Has the problem been reproduced/confirmed by a dealer? Yes. All ongoing mechanical and structural failures have been thoroughly documented and confirmed across multiple repair visits by Camping World RV Sales. Furthermore, the electrical propane detector failure and structural roof compromises were explicitly reproduced and confirmed via an independent 45-point safety inspection. The contact owns a 2022 Fleetwood Flair Motorhome constructed on a 2019 Ford F53 Chassis. The contact stated that the RV was taken to the local dealer to be repaired under NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V655000 (Suspension). The vehicle was repaired. The contact stated that after taking possession of the RV, hydraulic fluid was leaking underneath the RV. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 12,400.
