Defect. HEADLAMP SWITCH CONTROL MAY NOT BE IDENTIFIED ON EITHER CONTROL KNOB OR ADJACENT TO THE CONTROL KNOB AS REQUIRED BY FMVSS 101.
Risk. THIS COULD RESULT IN THE DRIVER'S ATTENTION BEINGDIVERTED WHEN SELECTING CONTROLS WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR AN ACCIDENT.
Remedy. INSTALL HEADLAMP SWITCH CONTROL IDENTIFIER EITHER ON OR ADJACENT TO THE SWITCH.
Defect. METAL FORMED ENDS OF SEAT BELT ANCHORAGE BAR MAY BE CRACKED.
Risk. SEAT BELT ANCHORAGES WOULD NOT SUSTAIN SEAT BELT LOADS INA CRASH, INCREASING THE RISK OF INJURY TO THE OCCUPANT.
Remedy. REPLACE TOP PLATE WELDMENT, INCLUDING SEAT BELT ANCHORAGE BAR, ON SEAT PEDESTALS.
