Defect. Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Fuzion, Raptor, Redwood, and 2024-2026 Voltage travel trailers. The ramp door may break away from the door frame while loading or unloading vehicles.
Risk. A ramp door that breaks during use increases the risk of injury.
Remedy. Dealers will install additional support brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 4, 2026. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 26-478. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning March 13, 2026.

Risk. A rear gate that shifts or patio stairs that becomes unstable increase the risk of injury.

Defect. Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2025 Fuzion and Raptor toy hauler recreational trailers. The generator's fuel and vapor hoses may have been reversed during installation.
Risk. Incorrectly connected hoses can feed fuel into the incorrect side of the carburetor, increasing the risk of a fire.
Remedy. Dealers will correct the hose placement, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 1, 2025. Owners may contact 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 25-471.

Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Voltage 4135, 4225, Fuzion, 2025 Springdale 266DECK, Retreat 391FSRL, 39FSRL, Residence 401FLFT, 401FSRL, 40FLFT, 40FSRL, Hideout 26PATIO, and 2024 Raptor travel trailers, equipped with a removable step assembly. The clip-on bracket mounting bolts may come loose, allowing the steps to detach.
Risk. Steps that detach while in use increase the risk of injury.
Remedy. Dealers will install a new bracket and hardware, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed July 7, 2025. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 25-468.
