TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 BUICK REGAL. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH, THE VEHICLE DECELERATED INDEPENDENTLY WITHOUT WARNING.
