VEHICLE WAS GOING APPROXIMATELY 25-40MPH ON WET ROADS IN THE RAIN. CONSUMER BROADED SIDED ANOTHER VEHICLE, CAUSING IMPACT TO FRONT BUMPER, AND FENDER WAS PUSHED INTO PASSENGER'S SIDE DOOR.
