TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1991 CHEVROLET SONOMA. THE VEHICLE HAS COOPER FUTURA 2000 RADIAL LTE, SIZE P205/75R14 TIRES. WHILE DRIVING 40 MPH, THE CONTACT HEARD A LOUD CLUNKING NOISE COMING FROM THE VEHICLE. SHE PULLED OVER AND NOTICED THAT THE BELT SEPARATED FROM ONE OF THE TIRES, HOWEVER, THE TIRE WAS STILL IN PLACE. TRIPLE A REPLACED THE TIRE. THE POWERTRAIN AND DOT NUMBER WERE UNKNOWN. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 141,104.
