MOTORCYCLE STALLS OUT AFTER WARMING UP, WHEN CLUTCH IS PULLED IN OR COME TO A COMPLETE STOP. WITH THE THROTTLE BEING HELD, KEEPING THE RPMS HIGHER, IT WON'T STALL BUT THE THROTTLE RESPONSE HAS A BAD LAG AND THE ENGINE HESITATES AS IF ITS NOT GETTING ANY GAS OR AT LEAST INTERMITTENTLY NOT GETTING GAS.
