Defect. THE AWNINGS FOR THE SLIDE-OUT ROOM CAN UNFURL OR UNROLL DURING TRANSIT CAUSING THE BRACKET TO RIP FREE OF THE SIDEWALL OF THE VEHICLE.

Risk. THE AWNING COULD BREAK LOOSE WHILE THE VEHICLE IS IN MOTION RESULTING IN A VEHICLE ACCIDENT AND PERSONAL INJURY.

Remedy. CAREFREE OF COLORADO IS CONDUCTING THE OWNER NOTIFICATION AND REMEDY CAMPAIGN FOR THIS RECALL. DEALERS WILL INSTALL ARM LOCKS, ANTI-BILLOW STUDS AND BRACKETS AS WELL AS WIND DEFLECTORS ON THESE AWNINGS.

WHEN THE KITCHEN RANGE STOVE IS ACTVATED AND WARMS UP, IT GETS STUCK IN THE OPEN POSITION, MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO TURN OFF. IN ORDER TO TURN OFF, CONSUMER HASTO GO OUTSIDE THE MOTOR HOME AND SHUT THE PROPANE TANK OFF. DEALER HAS NOT BEEN CONTACTED. *AK
