AT FIRST, THE BRAKES BECAME PARTIALLY ENGAGED CAUSING DRAG. WHEN I PULLED OVER TO INSPECT, THE BRAKES THEN LOCKED UP, COULD NOT MOVE BIKE. AFTER I APPLIED PRESSURE TO THE LEFT BRAKE LEVER, THE BRAKES WERE THEN RELEASED. WHEN I GOT BACK ON THE ROAD AND TESTED THE BRAKES AT LOW SPEED, I WAS UNABLE TO STOP THE BIKE.
