Urgent Safety Recall Complaint – Lack of Updates & Service Access Dear NHTSA, I am writing to express my serious concerns about the ongoing safety recall process for my vehicle, including NHTSA Recall Campaign Numbers 24V865000 and 24V623000. There are currently six active recalls, and I have not received the 2.2 OTA update to address braking system failures, persistent ADAS warnings, and the missing pedestrian alert noise, all of which pose significant safety risks. I have experienced brake slippage and loss of function, especially over rough terrain, which remains unaddressed. ADAS warnings continue to be distracting and dangerous, and the required pedestrian alert sounds are missing. Despite attempted updates, many vehicles, including mine, are still affected. Owners report that 2-5% of vehicles become undrivable post-update, requiring up to 48 hours to install, with some needing another 48 hours for partial fixes. Only 10% of the fleet has been updated successfully after weeks of attempts, and under 30% of updates have fully resolved issues. Adding to the frustration, there are only about 20 service personnel nationwide, with very few traveling to assist affected owners. This leaves many of us without timely support and forced to pay out of pocket for alternative transportation. This process is deeply flawed, and I urge NHTSA to investigate the recall system’s failures, update delays, and lack of adequate service access. These critical safety concerns demand immediate att

I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding ongoing issues that are being seen with the NHTSA recall campaign numbers 24V865000 and 24V623000. Specifically, the Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) in my vehicle, which is distracting and dangerous due to an incomplete or failed 2.2 Over-The-Air (OTA) update is a huge concern. As a responsible driver, I value the safety of not only myself but also those around me, and this situation and others we constantly hear about make me question the process of the recall. Every week, a number of vehicles are reported as undrivable post-OTA updates, with statistics indicating that approximately 2%-5% of owners experience this issue. With 48-hour update windows, my vehicle becomes unusable for an extended period, which is highly inconvenient and concerning. Moreover, I've noted that partial updates are expected, potentially extending this downtime by another 48 hours. I have had a partial update that has left my vehicle in worse shape than before, what could happen if the process is tried again? This inconsistent performance is not only frustrating, but also poses a serious inconvenience to scheduling and executing such a process. Owner surveys suggest that comprehensive updates, which should resolve these issues, have been successfully completed in under 30% of vehicles which were attempted. Additionally, the alarming figures shared indicate that only around 10% of the fleet has been updated in over five weeks, despite submitti
February 13, 2025 Vehicle is currently "bricked", no response is coming from the car with the fob or proximity unlocking device. This appears to be related to an un-announced over-the air update to the vehicle, which started overnight and without notice. The Brake lights flash periodically and the app on the smart phone do not reflect any of this reality, and also do not unlock the vehicle. Further, the ADAS and brake systems have been glitchy, pulsing the brakes very inappropriately on wet and uneven roads. The ADAS will blink and alert with Sun, Rain, Snow all affecting the system, making for a VERY uncomfortable experience with poor braking management,
After an over the air 2.2 software update, performed about 3 months ago, the vehicle lost connectivity to the internet. The Wifi and cellular connection no longer function (indication and function are absent) and the NFC reader for door access and vehicle operation no longer respond to the NFC card. Also, intermittent repetitive Blind Spot System failure and Collision Avoidance System failure alerts occur throughout a trip.
Sudden power loss on road and car bricked . this is scary . as per my checks with technician says , this sudden brick is due to some modules issues(PCU/ICU) . water leak under hood and also causing car bricked brake fault . this is very scary we don't know when car suddenly stops while on road
The brakes will have pressure then go beyond the original stopping point seemingly no to stop the car and first reaction is to press harder which causes the car to stop more abruptly than attended in the situation and causes panic with driver and potential a wreck from behind. ADAS warnings are constantly triggering especially when raining causing me to continuously look at the dash which can be a distracting safety issue. The lack of the legally required pedestrian alert noises are also a safety concern for those around the vehicle. NHTSA recall campaign numbers for the software recalls are 24V865000 and 24V623000
Following are issues that I have been experiencing with Fisker Ocean One vehicle that I purchased in the summer of 2024: • Heater / defroster is not working. Not able to drive car at this time due to fear that it will snow, or car will fog up inside and there is no way to see through the windshield. • Have a concern driving car without the water pump replacement / risk that car will breakdown when away from home. After driving the car home from the initial purchase, I have not taken the car on any trips outside of my immediate area. • Have not been contacted regarding replacement of water pump or other recall items. • Spent $257 dollars to replace cracked door handle inserts. • Have attempted to engage Fisker mobile mechanic and waiting for availability to complete water pump replacement. Estimated charge for the work is: ItemNumCostTotal Cost Mileage224 $ 0.65 $ 145.60 Travel HRs 4 $ 35.00 $ 140.00 Water Pump 1 $ 175.00 $ 175.00 Troubleshoot Heat/defroster issue ? Continuous vehicle issues even after recall work and updates Had to pay out-of-pocket costs beyond stated reimbursement amounts. $432.38 for parts and labor to correct steering fault software issue and water pump replacement. Still have door handle safety issues after repairs. Electronic lock/unlock does not function properly. Leaving us locked inside or outside until help arrives. Software updates have stopped. Im still on 2.0 and as stated on the bankruptcy agreement Ocean owners would still receive the OTA updates. We have not as others have unusable cars from the latest OTA update. Inadvertent automatic emergency braking is still happening. This randomly happens more often in poor weather and poses a driving risk for me and others on road. Lastly loss of braking has increased. Which most frequently occurs over uneven surfaces. Let me know if you need anything further as this car is the absolute worst with endless issues and no company left to be held accountable. Please help!
Brake pedal rattling occasionally, lane departure warning light constantly on, multiple warning signs pop up (charger door open, driver monitoring system, etc.). OTA update is not done. main screen goes dark while driving
I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding the ongoing issues that are being seen with the NHTSA recall campaign numbers 24V865000 and 24V623000. The experience I had with my Fisker vehicle following the 2.2 Over-the-Air (OTA) update attempt left my vehicle undrivable. This is leaving me in an inconvenient and frustrating situation. As a result, I had to incur additional expenses to have the necessary safety updates completed to restore my vehicle's functionality. This is far from the experience that I expected when signing up for a free mandated safety recall. Also, Following an attempted OTA software update for the safety recall, I have noticed that the pedestrian alert noises are missing, which poses a significant safety risk not only for those around the car but also for the occupants inside the vehicle. Moreover, I've noticed a concerning trend regarding the frequency of issues reported by fellow owners after OTA updates. It appears that a significant percentage of vehicles—approximately 2% to 5%—experience similar problems, rendering them undrivable during the 48-hour update window. This situation not only disrupts our daily lives but also raises serious concerns about the reliability of the software updates. I am particularly troubled by the statistics indicating that only around 10% of the fleet has been updated successfully after several weeks of attempts. With such a limited number of service personnel available nationwide, it is alarming that many owners li
Warning light came on for reason.
There was a NHTSA mandated recall on the Water Pump of Fisker Oceans for which was suppose to be paid for by the Liquidating Trustee's Designee of up to $175.00. I had the pump replaced on 10/4/2024 at which time there was no payment from the Trustee and I had out of pocket costs of $313.48. As of this date (2/13/2025), I have not received any reimbursement for my out of pocket costs.
My water pump was replaced as part of recall, however, i had to pay out of pocket for pump and labor. Iam unsure my ADAS and warning system is working and automatic breaking is working. This is so unreliable system and can't be trusted. Manufacturer had shown no effort on delivering the quality and safety.
NO Recall work performed on my car. Received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V499000 & Recall TSB10032403. NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V623000 (Service Brakes, Electric) Fisker Inc has gone out of business. A mandatory recall has been issued and the bankruptcy court has assigned a trustee to ensure vehicles are updated to version 2.2 to address safety recall issues. The update to 2.2 has been extremely unpredictable and the trustee has not been able to complete this recall. I spent #300 for replace the water pump and another $200 for diagnostic work and there is no fix at the moment for the electric issues with the car (especially ADAS and blind spot) however the trustee is still responsible for rolling out this buggy software and possibly damaging more cars with each remote installation.
Water pump and door handles are recalled. Manufacturer will not pay. I paid $218.75 for water pump replacement and door handle check. Car is required to have 2.2 software update to be complaint with NHSTA. Manufacturer will not upgrade my software. I paid $437.50 to have my car upgraded. Otherwise, I could not enter my car using a key and I would receive warnings every 30 seconds that ADAS and other sensors were not working. Faulty non-NFC door handle that was recalled. I paid $175.00 to have a new key FOB/NFC card and original key to be reprogrammed so that I could unlock/lock and start the car.
Fisker entered Chapter 7Bankrupty. As part of the court order certain recall work was to be completed and funding was given to do this to a company. I have to date only received partial software updates and not the full requirement of the recall to Software 2.2 that was ordered by the court. I also had to pay out of pocket for a technician to replace by 12V battery because of software issues after partial installation. I have lost mileage distance since the new partial software as well. I paid out of pocket $247 for the required water pump recall and door handle inspections. Plus fees for a mobile technician. This is above the amount Liquidators Trustee is planning to pay of $175 (if they ever do). This car is a safety risk and the Trustee is not making a good faith effort to fix the required recalls. I have not been contacted even one time with a status. The NHTSA needs to force the trustee and bankruptcy judge to intervene.
I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding the ongoing issues that are being seen with the NHTSA recall campaign numbers 24V865000 and 24V623000. Multiple attempts of this safety recall have been scheduled over the past several weeks for my vehicle, but the update has yet to be completed. As an owner who values safety and reliability, I am increasingly concerned about the unresolved safety issues that were supposed to be addressed with this software update. To date, I have been disappointed to learn that each week brings reports from fellow vehicle owners indicating that their cars have become undrivable following these updates, with a concerning failure rate of approximately 2% to 5%. This is unacceptable for any customer who relies on their vehicle for daily transportation. Additionally, the lengthy 48-hour windows during which our cars become unusable only exacerbate the frustration and inconvenience faced by owners. The expectation of partial updates, followed by yet another potential 48-hour downtime, is not a practical solution. Furthermore, the feedback from owner surveys suggests that complete updates, which should ideally resolve these issues, have only succeeded in under 30% of attempted vehicles. This raises serious questions about the efficacy of the OTA update process and its implementation. I was also alarmed to learn that after five weeks of attempts, only about 10% of the fleet—approximately 300 vehicles—have been successfully updated, despite over 800

My windshield was hit by a stone in April 2024, and I have still been unable to source a replacement windshield. My driver seat belt sensor went out and froze the rear brakes. I had to burn through the brake pads to get the car off the road, and had no rear brake pads until I was able to locate a salvage pair and new rotors to repair them, and a new seat sensor. The cost of this work and parts is $1,335.31. I had to pay to have the recalled water pump replaced. The cost of this was $325.
Vehicle needs software update to 2.2 NHTSA (Campaign Number: 24V405000) but there is no contact regarding when this will happen. The ADAS Warning system has had a warning light on since I received the vehicle. I had to disable audible warnings because they were distracting and dangerous. Also, the vehicle needs a replacement water pump (NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V499000) and measurement of door handles (NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V466000). I have not used the vehicle for long trips for fear of water pump breaking causing me to be stranded. Fisker trustee has not made the recalls noted above available to me as an owner. I've been locked out of my car twice for 30+ minutes. The anxiety of being able to get into the vehicle is unnerving and I can not take my dog with me and leave him in the car as I run errands for fear of not being able to unlock the vehicle when I return, as happened to be in March 2024 and April 2024. The Trustee needs to be forced to provide all owners with the agreed upon recalls before he is freed from the trustee duties. It has been months and there is no contact on how to get these updates. Please help.
I have all the outstanding issues out on this car and probably more. For example, sometimes the car's brakes will fail and the car can roll away. There are times when the car's regenerative braking is not working properly which decreases braking performance and can lead to a crash. Sometimes I notice that my car has a loss of power, which is concerning as it may cause an accident or worse. My water pump has not been replaced. To my knowledge, my door handles currently are not sticking, but this has not been looked at or addressed. I get constant warning lights alerting me to a safety system either not working or failing if that is even the case. I am still on software 2.0 and have been waiting patiently for the 2.2 update to address many of these issues, but have not been contacted at all from the OTA team to schedule one or been pushed one.

Fisker Inc has gone out of business. A mandatory recall has been issued and the bankruptcy court has assigned a trustee to ensure vehicles are updated to version 2.2 to address safety recall issues. The update to 2.2 has been extremly unpredictable and the trustee has not been able to complete this recall. Of the cars that were updated, mine, almost immediately the estimated range has been reduced drastically. The car was marketed as 360 miles range on 100% charge and now after the update I barely see 190-200 at 100% charge. This occured since the recall update. thats like 40-45% reduction in range costing everyone double the electricity needed to charge the vehicle and everyone I know that got the 2.2 update has been going through this issue. After running a diagnostic with a fisker tech, they mentioned it's a 2.2 update issue and no fix out there yet. However the trustee is responsible to roll this same update to other cars as well that hasn't received it. The tech explained this is occuring due to the rear motor is now throwing "flux error codes" and not functioning properly past 2.2 update which is causing the insane battery drain. In my opinion this is something that needs to be addressed. NHTSA recall campaign numbers for the software recalls are 24V865000 and 24V623000
My car was bricked as a result of the OTA 2.2 update on [XXX]. This update was mandatory as it was what Fisker was doing to satisfy a recall. To try to remedy, I replaced the 12 v battery. I also followed online guides to get the High Voltage battery going again, as it was at 0%. I used a 25 amp and also a 40 amp 12 v charger attached to the battery, and this allowed the charge port to go to blue (from red) after 20 min attached to the 12 v charger. Once I attach the HV charger cable (I have tried both Level 1 and Level 2) the light blinks green as expected but then goes to red and fails after about 20 seconds. I finally got it fixed on [XXX] as the Fisker representatives were not able to resolve. I hired an ex-Fisker Tech, [XXX], based on guidance from the Fisker Facebook group, to come and resolve the issue. The cost of getting the car back up and going included: 12 v Battery $259.99 Schumacher Battery Starter/Engine Starter $164.99 [XXX] - Ex Fisker Tech travel from St Augustine $350 [XXX] - Ex Fisker Tech time and materials to resolve issue $1230 Total costs: $2004.98 INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
Due to a faulty sensor in the driver seat, the car shifts into Park at random when at a red light. This is large triggered by the driver shifting their weight in the seat, which causes the vehicle to interpret that the driver has exited the vehicle. The door system will malfunction and lock the doors even when the key fob is in the vehicle when there is no one in the vehicle and all power is on. This forces the driver to enter through the trunk to then unlock the vehicle. Both are on going issues.
$375 for all three (manual 2.2 software update, water pump replacement, and all door handles checked).
There is supposed to be an OTA update but the company went bankrupt and the recall has not been corrected. water pump as well. i cannot afford to do it. No idea how. When you hit the brake over a pothole or any metal, it does not stop
I received a notice of a safety recall TSB30032401 (cabin electric water pump). the pump was part was supplied but i had to pay for labor to correct the safety recall as Fisker only supplied the pumps to authorized repair shops. My out-of-pocket expense was $231.88 This work was done on 11/18/2024
In August 2024 the Fisker Automaker notified me in writing of the NHTSA Campaign #24V499 (Recall #TSB30032401), for the cabin Electric water pump malfunction that produced a motor's limp mode condition that resulted in sudden vehicle reduced speed, which created a hazardous condition. The Fisker notification clearly indicated that the pump was going to be replaced with the new improved model, at no cost and that the replacement process was going to take 45 minutes. The Fisker notification also advised that they were going to send the pump to their authorized service provider to schedule an appointment. I then scheduled the appointment with the Palmetto Fisker Service Department and the pump was replaced at their shop on January 15th, 2025. Contrary to the Fisker notification, my complaint is that I ended up having to pay $1,128.80 for the "no-cost" recall service that took three hours to complete. I would like to be fully or partially compensated for the indicated labor & equipment costs.
Lack of Access to Recall Service I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding the ongoing issues that are being seen with the NHTSA recall campaign numbers 24V865000 and 24V623000. My vehicle's braking system, particularly as it relates to its performance over rough terrain, has not yet been addressed even though we have attempted updates. I have experienced significant brake slippage and a loss of function, which poses a serious safety risk. As a responsible vehicle owner, I trust that my car should provide a reliable and safe driving experience, especially when navigating challenging conditions. The frequency of reports from fellow owners about their vehicles becoming undrivable after updates—between 2% and 5%—is alarming and prevents me from attempting the recall process again. Knowing that the update process can leave a car unusable for up to 48 hours, and that partial updates might require even more time, adds to my frustration. The statistics shared indicate that only a mere 10% of the fleet has successfully received updates after weeks of attempts, which further highlights the inadequacy of the OTA process. Additionally, I am troubled by the limited availability of service personnel across the country. With only around 20 technicians available nationwide and just a handful traveling to address urgent issues, it is clear that many customers, including myself, may find ourselves in perilous situations without timely support. I cannot afford to wait months for a res
The mandatory recalls for this car cannot be done as the OTA update never worked in my car. I constantly get the ADAS error warning and they dont work randomly. The sudden acceleration over uneven road still happens. Sometimes i can feel the brake is bouncing back. I went to the authorized service center to get the recall work done. I was told that they have not get paid so they stopped doing it until further notice. If i wanted to do it, I have to pay $400 (water pump). To manually update to OS 2.2 to resolve some of the recall works, I have to pay another $250. All these recalls are mandatory for safety concern, but I cant get any of them done because Fisker is not paying for the service.

Back in June2024 my vehicle was bricked, supposedly by a failed OTA 2.1 update. The PKC ended up needing replaced. By the time I received my car in OCT2024, I was told it had been updated to 2.2 from 2.0 and that there had been checks performed for some recalls. Other expenses related to this adventure include buying a new car, rental car, extra key fob (that ended up not being the problem) and a 200 mile tow. This facility is not a recommended service provider now, and I would not go back personally. Oh course shortly after getting my car back, a technician was coming through our area to help a bricked owner. I figured I would just have a bit or preventative work done, and help the other owners split the costs. Well, upon inspection by the technician the car was not updated to 2.2 at all, only the ECUs visible to me or apps had been updated. My car was still mostly on 2.0 software modules. I ended up paying for the 2.2 update by the experienced technician. As the reimbursement rates for the recalls have just been released, and I have seen the costs of splitting travel AND towing/service center charges, I know that none of the rates will cover any of the services that remain for my vehicle. They will not even cover the travel, let a
I have not received the Fisker 2.2 OTA update that addresses software recalls 24V865000, 24V623000, 24V499000, 24V466000 and especially 24V405000. My wife is very concerned about the reliability of the brakes and the overall safety of our Fisker. Specifically, the Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) in my vehicle, which has become increasingly distracting and, frankly, dangerous due to the complete lack of 2.2 Over-The-Air (OTA) update is a huge concern. As a responsible driver, I value the safety of not only myself but also those around me, and this situation and others we constantly hear about make me question the process of the recall. Additionally, the alarming figures shared indicate that only around 10% of the fleet has been updated in over five weeks, despite submitting over 800 Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs). This inefficiency raises serious questions about the reliability of the process. I urge you to address these issues promptly and transparently. I hope to see improvements regarding the ADAS system and entire process of the OTA safety recalls. Thank you for your attention to this critical mat
I request that compliance to Fisker Recalls be enforced due failure of Fisker (Bankrupt) , and its OTA team and trustee to pay for water pump recall service and to complete other required other recalls. I have paid out of pocket a service tech $200 for the water pump recall, , $175 plus $25 for mobile/travel fee. The trustees have not been responsive on how to get service or on reimbursements. The OTA team responsible for Software recall work has also been non-responsive. I have received a partial OTA update that does not include any of the components required by the recall work . Also after the bankruptcy , near my home in Arizona, Fisker FAST tools were being used to perform software recall work on cars being transferred to American lease. Fisker employees at the tempe site were unresponsive to have my vehicle updated. And then the Fisker FAST tools for updating software were not left in the Arizona and Nevada area. A Fisker Fast tool should be provided to a regional service tech without cost instead of the rumored $16000 fee being asked by American lease. I recommend the tool be provided free of charge to Chris Peralta, A Fisker trained tech who is authorized by the Fisker Owners Association and who has been performing service work for many vehicle owners in the Arizona and Nevada Areas.
I have three separate issues. 1. When using the Ocean to tow with the OEM, installed from the factory, tow package, using the turn signals while braking will result in no turn signal indication when using a flat 4 adapter. 2. Range of the vehicle has dramatically decreased to the point where range is unpredictable in the Ocean OS 2.2 update. When we used to get over 300 mi of real range on 340 mi estimated, we can no longer get 200 mi on a charge. This can be startling and result in unforeseen out of power conditions while on the road. 3. I have been unable to obtain the recalled cabin water pump which can cause the car to go into limp mode. Shops in the area are quoting more than the advertised $170 that will be paid out for replacement.
I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding the ongoing issues that are being seen with the NHTSA recall campaign numbers 24V865000 and 24V623000.I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the OTA (Over-the-Air) update process for my vehicle. The current OTA process, lasting 48 hours, is simply not feasible for those of us who rely on our vehicles for daily activities. The inability to use my vehicle during this window forced me to pay out of pocket for alternative transportation, which is both inconvenient and financially burdensome. Additionally, it has come to my attention that there have been numerous reports from fellow owners indicating that a significant percentage of vehicles (approximately 2%-5%) have become undrivable following these updates. This situation is alarming and raises concerns about the reliability of the updates being delivered. Moreover, the lengthy windows of 48 hours for updates, coupled with the expectation of partial updates requiring additional time, have left many of us in a state of uncertainty regarding the functionality of our vehicles and forced to pay out of pocket for a mandatory free recall. According to owner surveys, it appears that complete updates—which include all necessary corrections—have been accomplished in less than 30% of cases. Furthermore, I was surprised to learn that only about 10% of the fleet (approximately 300 vehicles) had been updated after several weeks of attempts
There is a recall on the water pumps and have not heard how to get it fixed and drivers door handle not reading the key fob
Multiple emergency alerts goes on at the same time, battery drains over night, the range has been dramatically dropped after softwar update 2.2. Tires wore off aroud 8K miles, Paid out of pocket for water pump recall and key/fob programming
Repair shops won't cover the door handle recall because it is too expensive and they are not being reimbursed from the trust. Water has gotten into the door handle so the NFC doesn't work. Water has gotten into the front bumper connections, so none of the following work correctly: Adaptive Cruise Control Automatic Emergency Braking Blind Spot Warning Forward Collision Warning Lane Departure Warning Lane Keeping Assistance Parking Collision Warning Rear Cross Traffic Warning Cruise control stops working randomly and car screeches to a halt. I have had to pay $50/mo for the FOA to put pressure on the update team to get 2.2. Most people still don't have it. American Lease is not cooperating with fixing the recalls.
The major issue was related to a braking problem on rough terrain that made the vehicle lunge forward during braking. This was fixed with and OS update, however I was forced to pay out of pocket for the OS 2.2 update that was required by NHTSA and have not been reimbursed. Furthermore, the OS version still states OS 2.1 because only the Fisker OTA team can make that adjustment. According to the Liquidating Trustee’s Designee plans for recall work, a reimbursement of $225 should be available to me.
CAR WOULD NOT UPDATE TO SOFTWARE 2.2. HAD TO GET A TECHNICIAN TO MANUALLY UPDATE THIS AND UNBRICK THE CAR AT A COST OF $800.00 ADA HAS NEVER WORKED 3 WARNING LIGHTS HAVE ALWAYS STAYED ON WATER PUMP REPLACED AT A COST OF $150.00 CAR WAS UNOPERATIONAL FOR OVER 14 MONTHS AND STOOD IN THE GARAGE DOOR HANDLE RECALL NOT DONE YET NONE OF THE RECALL WORK WAS ATTEMPTED AND ALL HAD TO BE PAID FOR BY USING TECHS WHO OFFER THESE SERVICES AT COST TO OWNER.
My car has been completely unusable on and off for the last 9 months. Currently completely underivable and unable to get a software update or service technician to come to my area to work on it. I'm unable to drive my car. I'm paying for alternative transportation every day. I'm unable to trade my car in as it is not currently drivable.
I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding the ongoing issues that are being seen with the NHTSA recall campaign numbers 24V865000 and 24V623000. I am still waiting for Fisker to address the water pump issue of my car. I have tried to get in touch with them multiple times without success. The lack of service personnel, with only around 20 available nationwide and just five who can travel to address undriveable cars, only adds to the urgency of this matter. It is imperative that this process is reviewed and the underlying safety concerns that have left many of us feeling unsupported and frustrated are resolved in a manner that will be free of cost and successful to the majority of owners. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

NHTSA publishes every complaint as the owner wrote it and investigates only a fraction. Spelling, capitalisation and judgement are the filer’s own. What carries weight is repetition: the same component failing the same way across many filings, and whether the manufacturer eventually opened a recall for it.
