What owners reported
Newest filingsTHE CAR EXPERIENCES AN UNSAFE VIBRATION WHICH IS RELATED TO THE TRANSMISSION. TIRES AND WHEELS ARE NOT THE CAUSE OF THE VIBRATION. THE VIBRATION OCCURS BETWEEN 35 MPH AND 45 MPH UNDER LIGHT STEADY THROTTLE OR DECELERATION. THE SHUDDER BEGINS IN THE PEDALS, PROGRESSES TO THE STEERING WHEEL AND THEN THE WHOLE CAR BEGINS TO RESONATE. THIS IS NOTICED WHEN THE TRANSMISSION IS IN DRIVE (4TH) AROUND 1600 RPM. IN 3RD THE VIBRATION IS PRESENT AROUND 1800 RPM TO 2100 RPM AND SEEMS TO BE RELATED TO THE FUNCTIONING OF THE TORQUE CONVERTER. IN LOW GEAR NO VIBRATION IS FELT AT ANY ROAD OR ENGINE SPEED. I FEEL THE SHUDDERING THAT OCCURS IS SERIOUS ENOUGH THAT LOSS OF CONTROL IS POSSIBLE. *AK

Reading this record
No unusual pattern of severe incidents in the complaint record.
Complaint counts track how many cars were sold and how long they have been on the road as much as they track quality. A common model from 2013 has had a decade to accumulate reports; a rare one from last year has not. The signal worth weighing is in the severity columns, in whether the same component keeps appearing, and in whether the manufacturer eventually opened a recall for it.
Most recent recall on file: none. Source: NHTSA Office of Defects Investigation.
