TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1995 TOYOTA TRUCK. THE CONTACT TOOK HIS VEHICLE IN FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE AND WAS ADVISED TO GO TO A TOYOTA DEALER BECAUSE THE VEHICLE WAS UNSAFE TO DRIVE. A DIAGNOSTIC WAS PERFORMED AND THE RESULTS INDICATED THAT THE UNDERCARRIAGE WAS RUSTED. HOWEVER, BECAUSE THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE WAS NOT A TOYOTA TACOMA, HE WAS INELIGIBLE FOR THE BUYBACK PROGRAM.
