CONSUMER WAS TRAVELING IN A 1991 TOYOTA, SRS DOING 60MPH. DRIVER HEARD A CLICKING SOUND & SLOWED DOWN TO 30MPH, PASSENGER'S REAR TIRE TREAD HAD SEPARATED, BUT WAS STILL INFLATED.
