What owners reported
Newest filingsA wiring harness was found pinched, pins bent and broken, apparently in the process of mating the motorhome body to the cassis cab. This cable has power in it and could result in a vehicle fire. Thor has been completely unresponsive in assisting me, despite acknowledging it’s out of warranty, and I simply needed verification of their integration to the chassis, to reassure the after market warranty that this wasn’t something “tampered with”. As a retired fire fighter, I have seen the result of RV fires. They burn fast, and people die. I felt I had no option but to refer this after their intransigent and dismissive attitude. I can supply additional documentation when I retrieve the vehicle from the shop.

Reading this record
No unusual pattern of severe incidents in the complaint record.
Complaint counts track how many cars were sold and how long they have been on the road as much as they track quality. A common model from 2013 has had a decade to accumulate reports; a rare one from last year has not. The signal worth weighing is in the severity columns, in whether the same component keeps appearing, and in whether the manufacturer eventually opened a recall for it.
Most recent recall on file: none. Source: NHTSA Office of Defects Investigation.
