THIS CAR ENGINE INCONSISTENTLY DIES, USUALLY IN FIRST OR SECOND GEAR, SOMETIMES WHEN THE CAR IS STOPPED (E.G. AT A RED LIGHT) AND SOMETIMES WHEN IT IS SLOWING DOWN (E.G. PULLING INTO A PARKING LOT), OR ACCELERATING (E.G. TAKING OFF FROM A RED LIGHT OR PULLING OUT OF A PARKING LOT). IT HAS BEEN TO THE DEALER'S 3 TIMES AND THEY CANNOT FIND THE PROBLEM--THE CAR HAS LESS THAN 4,000 MILES AND STARTED DOING THIS SOON AFTER PURCHASED. I HAVE THE DOCUMENTATION FROM THE 3 TRIPS TO THE SERVICE DEPT. BUT AM NOT SENDING THEM AT THIS TIME. HAS HAPPENED WITH 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE DRIVING THE CAR. HAS HAPPENED AT LEAST 25 TIMES. (LAST TIME LISTED BELOW). SPEED VARIES BUT USUALLY LESS THAN 30 MPH--NEVER ON THE HIGHWAY SO FAR.
