CONSUMER WENT TO PURCHASE NEW MOTORCYCLE AND FOUND A DEFECT ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ENGINE BLOCK, DEALER STATED CONSUMER WOULD GET A BRAND NEW MOTORCYCLE, NOT THE ONE THAT WHAT WAS ON THE FLOOR, HOWEVER WHEN CONSUMER CAME BACK TO PICK IT UP HE FOUND THE SAME DEFECT, CONSUMER WANTS EITHER A NEW ENGINE OR A GUARANTEE THAT ENGINE WILL NOT FAIL. *YH
