TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 HONDA CMX250C. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE CLUTCH DID NOT RESPOND WHEN IT WAS ENGAGED AND THE REAR WHEELS BECAME INOPERABLE. THE FAILURE OCCURRED WHILE DRIVING 10 MPH. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHERE THE CLUTCH WAS ADJUSTED AND THEN REPLACED; HOWEVER, THE PROBLEM OCCURRED AGAIN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,276. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 2,400.
