WHILE DRIVING THROUGH AN INTERSECTION, AN ONCOMING CAR FAILED TO YEILD OR STOP AND A THREE CAR ACCIDENT OCCURRED. THE AIR BAGS DIDN'T DEPLOY. THE VEHICLE IS NO LONGER DRIVABLE AND IS TOTALED.
