I received five recall notices but can not get a response from the manufacturer. Many of the recalls are software related and are supposed to be handled by a software update. Others require on site maintenance. The number for Fisker in the recall notice is a non-working number as far as i can tell. I need the manufacturer to contact me and after many attempts, am asking for your assistance to contact Fisker and have them respond to me. Thanks for your assistance.
When car is locked the orange blinkers on front and red lights on rear bumper, orange color mirror indicators staying on/dimmed or flickering. This is lasting roughly 5.20 minutes. This is also happening when car is on charge and locked. Duration of the entire charge, these lights are staying on. While driving the car, blinkers do not work and relay sound clicking faster and message displays both right and left turning light malfunction. This message is not true because lights are okay rather they don't work as it should. This is a safety issue while driving on the road because I can't correctly signal.

Re: NHTSA Recall Campaign 24V499000 Am being told by service center that I have to pay labor costs related to recall 24V499000. I believe this violates Federal law. Attached image of manufacturer saying that labor costs are my responsibility. If I have to pay for repairs then I should be able to take the part to a mechanic of my choosing for installation.
Car stalls. Flashing lights on heads up display. Electricals not working. Key not connected to car, car locked.
My Fisker Ocean has recalls and although they continue to mail me the recall letters and state that someone will call me to help me find a repair shop that will fix the recall, and they provide a number for me to call, no one has ever answered that phone number and they will not answer any emails. When I bought the car the GPS system never worked and they scheduled several appointments to fix it but never was able to fix the problem when a tech did come to my home twice, two different Fisker Technicians, then never followed up with me and then once they went bankrupt, I haven’t heard from them again. The car also has driving bugs that make the car seem unsafe to drive and these were also never addressed. They also sent out an email saying that they were going to send over the air the software version 2.2.update which would fix a few of the recall issues, but I have never received the update and the number they said to call is never answered and no call back although I have left dozens of messages, emails and I call every day for over two months with no response. I live in California not even an hour from their past head quarters and about 30 minutes from their last corporate office and although I don’t believe this gives me any priority over another Fisker owner in another state, it would seem that at least I would be conveniently located to expedite any help or have me drive to any location for recall, warranty or software help. Lastly, this is a plea for help. I live in Cal

After software update 2.1 vehicle bricked. Parked car in garage with everything working with 80% charge. Two hours later every fault light was lit on drivers display when stepping on the brake and showing 0% on HV battery. 30 seconds later upon stepping on the brake the car shuts off except the information screen. 15 seconds after unlocking car the charge port light goes from sold blue to red. Vehicle is inoperable. No one at Fisker responds.

The vehicle was parked the evening of September 9th and when I tried to leave the morning of September 10th the car will not shift from Park. The specific message is "Gear shift error. Car not in intended gear". Occasionally the dash also displays a message "Seat belt system malfunction Service required". I have driven the vehicle 15,687 miles and this is the first MAJOR problem I have experienced.

-Failed: 12 V battery draining, defective screw assembly that holds the hood down, broken air vents. Inspection available upon request. -Put in multiple repair tickets/messages months ago with no response from Fisker. Phone # listed in recall mailer just rings and rings. Phone record show I've been on hold for 8+ hours total before giving up. -No inspection of components by Fisker or other service centers or insurance. What happened: -280+ miles of EV battery drained while we were on vacation for 10 days. Came home to dead battery. Bricked: unable to unlock car door or charge port. -Dangerous situation as I've read online of multiple people being trapped in their cars with electrical failure. -Called for Fisker Roadside Assistance, no response. Luckily we came up with the idea to call AAA days later. They came out and was able to jump start the 12 V giving enough power to open doors and charge port. (BTW, If my car had bricked while in the garage, it would not be possible for AAA to reach the hood screws if I'm parked up against a wall. This is a bad design) When done, AAA could not reinstall one of the screws due to faulty screw assembly that holds the hood down. We were told to reach out to the manufacturer. I have a fear for safety on the freeway as the hood might fly open (read online this has literally happened to others). No response from Fisker. -Also AC vents still not working. We live in southern CA and can't drive the car on hot days. Plus there is a fear of being t
My car stalls when driving making the vehicle extremely unsafe
The vents make a grinding and clicking noise for about 30 seconds upon opening the door. When using climate control functions beyond level 2, the vents make a high pitched whistle and air appears to be partially blocked
AFTER A SOFTWARE UPDATE 2.1, THE VECHICLE BECAME UNDRIVEABLE. CANNOT BE SHIFTED OR ENGAGE INTO DRIVE MODE. ITS STUCK ON NEUTRAL
While driving the red light sign comes on and says collision and stays on, the rear inside lights come on and stay on, the dash goes out into black and does not show anything but comes back on after reseting from steering wheel. The attention monitor also starts saying pay attention even tho your watching the road ahead and will start beeping louder and louder.
The AC vents are not working. They promised to fix them under warranty, but never did. The car gets extremely hot in the summer and becomes unsafe, especially for small children. Windows must be rolled down to bring in outside air. Not safe for small children riding in the car in infant seats.
The door exterior handle lighting inserts are deteriorating, a fingernail is able to scratch off the material and natural light is causing the material to crack. There are electronics within the door handles that may be problematic for vehicle entry/exit if what is the enter the inside of the exterior door handles. Multiple owners have reported issues with the door handles to Fisker, various owners have claimed Fisker has been aware of faulty parts for a while and has not taken appropriate action.
Vehicle does not detect key intermittently while driving, vehicle begins an alert sequence while driving that requires the key to be retrieved and placed to the dashboard. The vehicle will present a red banner and warn of limited operation if the actions are not performed. These actions limit the attention and hand availability of the driver. It is dangerous and highly distracting. This issue has occurred after replacing the batteries in the key fob as well, replacing batteries in the key does not eliminate this issue. Fisker has been notified of this issue by many owners since launch of the vehicle. I am disappointed with the lack of response and follow up from Fisker and related entities.
Vehicle ICC becomes unresponsive, audio may play and be unable to be stopped. Volume controls and changing audio settings on screen and steering wheel become unresponsive.

2023 Fisker Ocean One dash mounted fans have failed and are closed. We cannot direct the airflow, open the levelers, or get proper ventilation and HVAC adjustments. If we attempt to increase the fan speed, the system whines at high decibels, which is ear splitting. You can't drive the vehicle safely because you can't regulate air flows, defrosting, etc. We attempted to have Fisker fix this more than 6 times and Fisker was completely unreachable for the most part. Calls and service requests went ignored. There was one time that we successfully talked to a real person, who said Fisker was aware of the problem and had no replacement parts in stock to fix the problem. This is a widely reported manufacturing problem that Fisker has acknowledged. The failed parts were 3D printed not injection molded, which made the parts substandard and prone to failure. While Fisker changed manufactures to address the issue on a go forward basis, the majority of the Ocean's received these known defective parts. To be clear, it is a safety hazard not to be able to defrost your windows and makes the vehicle unsafe to drive during incliment weather and uncomfortable to drive during clear weather as you can't regulate cabin temperatures and airflows. This should be escalated to a mandatory recall and require Fisker to address this, even if they are in bankruptcy.
The air vents do not function, the fan can be heard but no air comes out of the vents in the dash
Brake pedal fell apart, car is 10 months old, garage kept with only 1800 miles. I fon't even use brake that much, high regen brakes stop car. its a safety issus if it falls apart while avoiding an accident, you foot could slip off pedal as rubber just falls to pieces.
Fisker pushed the over the air (OTA) software update 2.1 and it broke / bricked my car. The car was at 61% charge and 12v battery without problems. After the 2.1 software update, my car showed tons of errors, including all the battery warnings, and now nothing works. It's basically dead without a fix. This issue has been documented and voiced all over the internet. I want this issue escalated into a recall while Fisker is still under Chapter 11 to be accountable and responsible to address and resolve.
Regen braking sometimes disengages at times creating what feels like sudden acceleration. Several malfunctions of the electronic system, including faulty alarms to go off all the time. There have been recalls on this vehicle, but Fisker has done nothing to repair any of these issues. List of authorized service dealers was promised by end of August and there has been no communication. The support number they advertise is inactive. It is just a voice mail.
The issue began with 1 vent not properly working. Now, know 3 of the 4 vents' mechanical functions have stopped working and cannot be adjusted via the center console. Everytime vehicle is unlocked a loud clicking noise if heard from the vents that continues for about 20-30 seconds varying. The vents not working correctly does not help clear fogging up windows that the climate change has brought about, and has caused visibility issues when fogging of the windows occurs.
The front air vents for the AC are non functioning. There are pieces that broke and make them unresponsive to controls for direction or sometimes in opening. They are only controlled by software. There was an internal recall for this part but
Unsure if this falls under the remit of the NHTSA, but any Fisker Ocean car produced by December '23 needs to have its air vents motors replaced. There are several loud clicking sounds when the car starts up which indicates that the air vent motors are faulty, and will eventually break. This will leave customers without A/C and heat.
I've had an ADAS fail indication on my instrument cluster for over a month now. Along with this happening, I've lost my automatic emergency braking, my blind spot warnings, my forward collision warnings, and my rear cross-traffic warnings.
The contact owns a 2023 Fisker Ocean. The contact stated while driving 50-75 MPH, the vehicle lost motive power and stalled. The messages maintain lane, charger port open, Loss of ADS, 12-volt battery failure, Forward Collision Warning lights, and messages were displayed. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V499000 (Electrical System); however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer was not contacted. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The failure mileage was approximately 7,650.

- Air vent is broken - missing driver kick panel - adas system hasn't worked for several months - red circle. - cruise control stops working randomly
The vents have stopped operating g in the vehicle and are defective. They have been changed once by Fisker and have failed again.
AC and Heat vents stuck closed and do not work

NHTSA publishes every complaint as the owner wrote it and investigates only a fraction. Spelling, capitalisation and judgement are the filer’s own. What carries weight is repetition: the same component failing the same way across many filings, and whether the manufacturer eventually opened a recall for it.
