Defect. E-One Incorporated (E-One) is recalling certain 2024-2026 Typhoon N, 2025-2026 Cyclone N, and 2026 Cyclone II fire trucks. The positive power supply may be loose, causing the wiring harness and busbar to overheat.
Risk. An overheated busbar can increase the risk of a fire.
Remedy. E-ONE will provide a replacement wiring harness and busbar, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 16, 2026. Owners may contact E-One customer service at 1-352-237-1122.
Defect. E-One Incorporated (E-One) is recalling certain 2026 Cyclone II, 2025-2026 Cyclone, and Typhoon fire trucks. The hydraulic valve may become inoperative, preventing the outriggers from being extended or retracted.
Risk. The inability to extend or retract the outriggers can delay emergency response, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy. E-ONE will provide new hydraulic valves, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 8, 2026. Owners may contact E-One customer service at 1-352-237-1122.
Defect. E-One Incorporated (E-One) is recalling certain 2026 Commercial, 2025-2026 Typhoon N, and Cyclone N emergency vehicles. The drive/pump mode transfer case may disengage, causing loss of power to the rear wheels.
Risk. Loss of power to the rear wheels can prevent the vehicle from moving, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy. Dealers will update the VMUX electrical program software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 29, 2026. Owners may contact E-One customer service at 1-352-237-1122.
