WHILE DRIVING IN INCLEMENT WEATHER WINDSHIELD WIPERS FAILED. THIS CAUSED POOR VISIBILITY TO THE DRIVER. HOWEVER, HE WAS ABLE TO MAINTAIN CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE, AND DROVE IT HOME. *AK
