WHEN CONSUMER PICKED UP VEHICLE FIRST DAY AND TOOK FOOT OFF GAS PEDAL IT WAS 3-5 SECONDS BEFORE VEHICLE SLOWED DOWN, VEHICLE CONTINUED TO ACCELERATE UNTIL TOUCHING THE BRAKES. IF IN STOP AND GO TRAFFIC, IN 1-2 GEARS AT 17-18OO RPMS VEHICLE TOOK OFF. DEALERSHIP LEE JOHNSON KIRKLAND WA. COMPUTER CHECKED VEHICLE, FOUND NOTHING. SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE WORK AT CHUCK OLSEN IN SEATLE WA. HEAD MECHANIC ROAD TESTED VEHICLE AND KEPT IT FOR 24 HOURS. SAID IT WAS A DESIGN FAULT. *AK *YH
