TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 VOLVO 780. THE CONTACT WAS TRAVELING 65 MPH WHEN THE STEERING WENT WHEEL BECAME VERY LOOSE AND BEGAN TO SPIN INDEPENDENTLY. THE FAILURE CAUSED THE CONTACT TO CRASH INTO A GUARDRAIL. THE CONTACT WAS REPORTED INJURED AND A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A DEALER AND THE CONTACT WAS TOLD THAT THE DRIVE LINK FRACTURED AND CAUSED THE CRASH. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WAS 500,000.
