BRAKES WIRES COMING FROM WHEELS ARE ATTACHED WITH WIRE NUTS ONLY HANGING LOOSE NEXT TO WHEELS. MINE WERE UNATTACHED ON ONE SIDE. MANUFACTURER WOULD NOT RETURN PHONE CALL.
