Jayco, Inc. reported this defect to federal regulators on Feb 7, 2025 and put the number of vehicles at risk at 1,106. The repair is free for as long as the recall stands.
The defect
Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2021-2025 Entegra Coach Launch, 2022 Launch LE, 2021-2025 Jayco Terrain, and 2022 Terrain LE recreational vehicles. The grey water tank support brackets may contact and damage the fuel tank, causing a leak.
The risk
A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.
The remedy
Dealers will replace the support brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 7, 2025. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903619.
