Lamborghini (Automobili Lamborghini): Suspension › Front › Control Arm
Lamborghini (Automobili Lamborghini) reported this defect to federal regulators on Oct 7, 2020 and put the number of vehicles at risk at 3. The repair is free for as long as the recall stands.
The defect
Lamborghini (Automobili Lamborghini) is recalling certain 2020 Aventador SVJ Coupe and Aventador SVJ Roadster vehicles. Due to potentially damaged aluminum frame threads, the front frame suspension arm anchor bolt may have been insufficiently tightened.
The risk
The loose suspension arm anchor bolts may cause the suspension arm joint to collapse, resulting in a loss of control of the vehicle and increasing the risk of injury or a crash.
The remedy
All of the affected vehicles are in dealer possession and owner letters do not need to be mailed. Dealers will inspect and replace the front frame, free of charge. The recall began October 8, 2020. Owners may contact Lamborghini customer service at 1-866-681-6276. Lamborghini's number for this recall is L73X-R.03.20.

What this page is, and what to do next
A recall is not an opinion. It is a Part 573 report a manufacturer is required by federal law to file once it decides a defect poses an unreasonable risk to safety, and it commits them to repairing the vehicle at no cost to the owner. The three passages above are the manufacturer’s own wording as published by NHTSA.
This page describes the campaign. It cannot tell you whether one particular car has already been through the shop — that is tracked by VIN, and only the manufacturer knows it. Check yours at nhtsa.gov/recalls or with a franchised dealer, quoting campaign number 20V618000.
