Keystone RV Company: Equipment
Keystone RV Company reported this defect to federal regulators on Aug 2, 2013 and put the number of vehicles at risk at 2,336. The repair is free for as long as the recall stands.
The defect
Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain model year 2013 Bullet and Passport trailers manufactured October 1, 2012, through March 5, 2013. The mounting fasteners for the stabilizer jacks may fail causing the jack to become loose and separate from the vehicle.
The risk
If the fasteners fail and the jack separates from the vehicle, it would become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy
Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will replace the mounting fasteners. The recall is expected to begin in August 2013. Owners may contact Keystone Customer Service by calling 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's recall number is 13-196.

What this page is, and what to do next
A recall is not an opinion. It is a Part 573 report a manufacturer is required by federal law to file once it decides a defect poses an unreasonable risk to safety, and it commits them to repairing the vehicle at no cost to the owner. The three passages above are the manufacturer’s own wording as published by NHTSA.
This page describes the campaign. It cannot tell you whether one particular car has already been through the shop — that is tracked by VIN, and only the manufacturer knows it. Check yours at nhtsa.gov/recalls or with a franchised dealer, quoting campaign number 13V338000.
