WHILE RIDING AS A PASSENGER IN UTV SIDE BY SIDE, THE PASSENGER SEAT BELT CAME UNLATCHED. I IMMEDIATELY EMAILED POLARIS CORPORATE TO LET THEM KNOW AS WE WERE IN MOTION AT HIGH SPEED. EMAIL RESPONSE SAID NOT A WARRANTY ISSUE! SINCE THIS INCIDENT THE DRIVER SIDE HAS DONE THE EXACT SAME THING AT LEAST 4 TIMES. BOTH SEATBELT LATCHES ARE UNSAFE. I HAVE A SAVED COPY OF THE CORRESPONDENCE.
