TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 RANGER POLARIS RZR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 12 MPH, THE CONTACT HEARD A POPPING SOUND UNDERNEATH THE FRAME. THE CONTACT WAS A MECHANIC AND INSPECTED THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THE REAR DRIVER'S SIDE SHOCK FRACTURED. THE REAR DRIVER'S SIDE SHOCK WAS REPLACED. AFTER THE REPAIR, THE FAILURE RECURRED.
