MILEAGE IS APPROXIMATE I TODAY REPORTED REPEATED SPEEDOMETER ODOMETER FAILURE ON SAME BIKE SO ODOMETER READS 0 RIGHT NOW. THIS FUEL PUMPHAS NOT FAILED BUT I GOT A SAFETY RECALL NOTICE A FEW DAYS AGO AND A NOTECARD SAYING IF I FELT IT WASN'T REPAIRED PROMPTLY I COULD REGISTER A COMPLAINT. WELL THE BIKE IS GROUNDED DUE TO THE HAZZARD OF A MALFUNCTIONING FUEL PUMP(POTENTIAL) AND THE DEALER SAYS THE NEW REDESIGNED PUMPS ARE ON BACK ORDER SO HAVE ALREADY BEEN GROUNDED A FEW DAYS AND THEY HAVE NO WORD ON WHEN IT CAN BE FIXED. WHICH CERTAINLY DOES NOT MEET MY DEFINITION OF REASONABLE TIME FRAME. DT
