RE: GOODYEAR 16" LOAD RANGE E TIRE. *BF WHILE DRIVING ON OF THE PASSENGER SIDE TIRE TREADS SEPARATED. THE TRAILER WAS TAKEN TO A TIRE DEALER WHO DETERMINED THAT THE OTHER THREE TIRES HAD BUBBLES ALONG THE TREAD LINE. ALL FOUR TIRES WERE REPLACED BUT HE CONSUMER KEPT THE GOODYEAR SPARE. THE TIRES WERE ONLY TWO YEARS OLD. THE CONSUMER REQUEST REIMBURSEMENT FOR FIVE GOODYEAR TIRES. *NM
