Defect. Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA) is recalling certain 2017-2022 CLA-Class, GLA-Class, GLE-Class, GLS-Class, SLC-Class, A-Class, AMG GT-Class, C-Class, E-Class, S-Class, SL-Class, GLC-Class, CLS-Class, GLB-Class, and G-Class vehicles. Please refer to MBUSA's recall report for specific vehicle model details. An error in the communication module's SIM card software can cause a mobile network connection failure, disabling the emergency call (eCall) system.

Risk. A disabled eCall system would prevent a vehicle occupant from contacting the emergency services call center in an emergency, potentially delaying emergency responders and increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy. The communication module software will be updated through an Over-the-Air (OTA) update or by a dealer, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 8, 2022. Owner notification letters will be mailed in phases, on July 8, 2022, May 17, 2024, July 29, 2024, and September 27, 2024. Owners may contact MBUSA customer service at 1-800-367-6372. Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA) is recalling certain 2017-2019 C300, E300, 2018-2020 CLA250, 2020 CLS450, AMG E53, AMG GT53, GLE450, 2018 AMG E63, AMG GTA, 2017-2020 GLA250, GLC300, 2019 GLC350, AMG GLC43, 2017-2018 GLE350, 2019 AMG GLC 43, GLC350, GLE400, 2017 GLS450, S550, C300 Cabrio, and 2018-2019 S560 vehicles. On June 18, 2021, an additional 9 vehicles were added, including certain 2021 GLA250, GLC300, 2018 S450, E400, and 2017 CLA250 vehicles. The communication module might have been inadvertently deactivated during a service visit, which could have disabled the Emergency Call (eCall) function.

Risk. A disabled eCall system would prevent a vehicle occupant from contacting emergency services through the call center in an emergency, potentially delaying emergency responders and increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy. MBUSA will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the communication module and activate it, if necessary, free of charge. The recall began March 31, 2021. The software design of the communication module may fail to communicate the correct vehicle location for the emergency call system (eCall) in the event of a crash.

Risk. Failure of the eCall system may result in emergency responders being dispatched to the wrong location, increasing the risk of injury following a crash.

Defect. Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC. (MBUSA) is recalling certain 2013-2017 vehicles due to a software fault that may cause the date and time for the emergency call system (eCall) to differ from the actual date and time, potentially relaying an inaccurate vehicle location. Risk. An inaccurate vehicle location may delay emergency responders, increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy. MBUSA has initiated an Over the Air (OTA) remote update. (MBUSA) is recalling certain 2012-2014 ML350 Bluetec 4Matic and ML550 4Matic, 2012-2015 ML63 AMG 4Matic and ML350 4Matic, 2013-2016 GL350 Bluetec 4Matic, GL550 4Matic and GL63 AMG 4Matic, 2017 GLS350d 4Matic, GLS450 4Matic, GLS550 4Matic and GLS63 AMG 4Matic, 2015 ML400 4Matic, 2016 GLE400 4Matic, GLE350 4Matic, GLE63 AMG 4Matic, GLE63S AMG 4Matic, GLE450 4Matic Coupe and GLE63S AMG 4Matic Coupe, 2015-2016 GL450 4Matic and 2013-2014 GL450 4Matic vehicles equipped with the Active Curve System (ACS). In certain driving conditions, if the oil level in the ACS reservoir is below the minimum level, the oil may foam and leak out of the vent holes in the reservoir cap.

Risk. The leaking oil in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.

Remedy. MBUSA will notify owners, and dealers will correct the oil level as necessary and replace the reservoir sealing cap to prevent oil foam from leaking out, free of charge. Defect. Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA) is recalling certain 2017 GLE400 4Matic, GLE350 4Matic, GLE350, GLE550e 4Matic, GLE43 AMG 4Matic, GLE63 AMG 4Matic, GLS450, GLE63S 4Matic, GLS63 4Matic, S550e, S600, S63 AMG 4Matic, S65 AMG, S550, Mercedes-Maybach S600, Mercedes-Maybach S550 4Matic, GLE43 AMG 4Matic Coupe, GLE63S 4Matic Coupe, 2017-2018 GLS550 4Matic, S550 4Matic, 2018 S450, and S63 AMG 4Matic vehicles. The rear passenger door on the driver side may indicate that it is locked, when it may not be. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 206, "Door Locks and Door Retention Components."

Risk. If the door appears to be locked, the door may be unintentionally opened, increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy. MBUSA will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the left rear door lock, replacing it as necessary, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin in January 2018. Owners may contact MBUSA customer service at 1-877-496-3691.

Defect. Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA) is recalling certain 2016 GLE300d 4Matic, GLE400 4Matic, GLE350 4Matic, GLE63 AMG, GLE63 AMG Coupe, GLE63S AMG and GLE63S AMG Coupe, and 2017 GLS450 4Matic, GLE550 4Matic, and GLE63 AMG 4Matic vehicles. These vehicles may have excess bulkhead insulation extending into the lower windshield area, possibly affecting the windshield bonding and the full protective function of the passenger's frontal air bag in the event of a crash.

Risk. If the passenger's frontal air bag does not function as designed in the event of a crash, the front seat passenger has an increased risk of injury.

Remedy. MBUSA will notify owners, and dealers will remove any excess bulkhead insulation and rework the windshield bonding, as necessary, free of charge. Defect. Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA) is recalling certain 2017 GLE 400 4Matic, GLE 350 4Matic, GLE 350, GLE 550E 4Matic, GLE 63 AMG, GLE 63S AMG, GLE 43 AMG 4Matic Coupe, GLE 63S AMG 4Matic Coupe, GLS 450 4Matic, GLS 550 4Matic, and GLS 63 AMG 4Matic vehicles. In certain types of crash events, the center console may unlatch, allowing the objects within to fly around the cabin. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 201, "Occupant Protection in Interior Impact."

Risk. In the event of a crash, if objects are not secured within the center console, they may strike the vehicle occupants, increasing their risk of injury.

Remedy. MBUSA will notify owners, and dealers will modify the center console so that it remains latched in a crash, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin in early March 2017. Owners may contact MBUSA customer service at 1-800-367-6372.

On 8/20/2026 I had a vacuum leak from the intake manifold and crankcase hoses repaired at a Vic's Bimmer Shop in the city of Lancaster California. This included the replacement of the oil separator breather on the engine. I drove my Mercedes Benz 2017 GLS450 less than 100 miles and the engine lost power and suddenly turned off. I was able to pull off onto the side of the freeway and then I saw smoke coming from under the hood and my wife and I exited the vehicle, called the fire department and the car burned completed on the side of the freeway and is a total loss. I believe the oil separator leaked oil onto the exhaust pipe and engine turbo which then started the fire.

Car did not brake when going about 5-7mph and crashed into another car.

The contact owns a 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLS450. The contact heard an abnormal humming sound when the vehicle was started, and the humming sound grew louder over time. The contact believed that the humming sound was coming from the driver's side headlamp. The contact stated that the headlamp was equipped with a small internal fan to dissipate heat. Additionally, other electrical failures were occurring, and the vehicle was taken to a local dealer. The dealer diagnosed the vehicle and determined that the blower motor had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the humming sound returned. The vehicle was taken to the dealer on two more occasions, and the dealer replaced the timing belt and the alternator, however the failure reoccurred. Recently, while touching the door handle, the contact heard a humming sound that was very loud. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer, and it was determined that the driver's side headlamp assembly needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact researched online and related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 20V626000 (Electrical System, Steering, Exterior Lighting, Visibility); however, the VIN was not included. The manufacturer was contacted and confirmed that the VIN was not included in the recall. The failure mileage was 135,500.

My 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 is experiencing serious and unpredictable transmission behavior related to the valve body and shifting mechanism. The transmission sometimes fails to engage Park, shifts on its own without driver input or attempts to engage Reverse unexpectedly. On multiple occasions the vehicle has moved or rolled after being placed in Park and once it appeared to shift itself toward Reverse. This behavior is a clear safety risk as the vehicle can suddenly lose control or move unexpectedly. It happens intermittently, without any dashboard warnings and often resets temporarily after restarting the car. According to multiple owners posting on Mercedes-Benz forums (including MBWorld, BenzWorld, and Mercedes-Benz Owners Club discussions), this issue is common among GLS and other Mercedes models using the same transmission. Many owners report identical symptoms: transmission slipping into Neutral or Reverse, failure to engage Park or erratic shifting caused by a malfunctioning valve body, defective solenoids or Transmission Control Module (TCM) faults. Some have shared diagnostic codes such as P073E and P07B7 that point to reverse and park circuit errors. On July 23, 2025, I drove my Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 to a medical appointment. After arriving, I parked near the valet station, turned off the car, and went inside to check in at LabCorp. Within two minutes, witnesses reported black smoke from the hood — followed by a violent explosion that shook the office building and triggered a multi-unit response from local fire and police departments. When I came downstairs, my vehicle was engulfed in flames. The front end was completely destroyed. Mercedes-Benz USA sent an investigator on September 8, 2025 to examine the wreck. Despite numerous follow-ups, I have received no written report, no findings, and no communication from Mercedes-Benz since that inspection detailing any relevant information. Safety Context: In March 2024, Mercedes-Benz issued Recall #24V-207, affecting 2019–2023 GLE and GLS models, citing a defective 48-volt ground connection that could cause a fire. My incident occurred in a GLS 450 model and appears consistent with this recall defect. If confirmed, this could indicate that the recall did not capture all affected VINs or that repairs were not properly executed. This incident was minutes from being fatal — and could easily have occurred on the highway or in my garage or with my 4 children inside. The lack of corporate response for over two months raises serious concerns about consumer safety, recall effectiveness, and corporate transparency.

Vehicle Information: Make: Mercedes-Benz Model: GLS 450 Year: 2017 Component: Visibility/Sunroof/Panoramic Glass Roof VIN: [XXX] Incident Date: [XXX] Complaint Summary: I am filing this complaint regarding a serious and dangerous safety defect in my 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450. Without warning and while driving, the panoramic glass sunroof suddenly shattered and exploded, sending glass shards and debris into the vehicle cabin. My two young children were seated inside at the time, and glass pieces fell directly onto them, causing extreme distress and posing a severe risk of injury. There was no impact or external cause—the sunroof shattered spontaneously. The incident left glass scattered throughout the interior of the vehicle, including on the seats, floor, and children’s car seats. Fortunately, my children were not severely injured, but the potential for serious harm was extremely high. After researching this issue, I discovered that this is not an isolated incident. Numerous complaints have been filed with the NHTSA and other authorities regarding spontaneous sunroof shattering in Mercedes-Benz vehicles, including this model. Additionally, I understand that a federal judge recently approved a class action lawsuit addressing this exact issue, further highlighting the severity and prevalence of the defect. Vehicle check engine light came on early August 2024. Vehicle was brought in for service and checked for codes. B1F4500 Battery has excessive resistance B21059A The operating conditions of component have not been satisfied. Battery was replaced and rechecked. Po4427A Evap leak detected P04F000 Charcoal canister has a malfunction Smoke tested EVAP system to see if there was any leaks and tested the valves to make sure EVAP system was working correctly. Charcoal canister not actuating correctly so was replaced and checked. Gas cap also replaced Several days later Check engine light returns. Code continues to say "Small leak in the EVAP system." Every time the code is cleared it returns and Check Engine light returns. This has been going on for 7 months. Car cannot obtain the required SMOG inspection in California that is required for an annual registration of the vehicle. I believe the vehicle may need to be part of the Emission Service Campaign 2024030005 which has effected 16 other vehicles. Mercedes tells me that an update to the Engine Control Software will not be allowed because my vehicle is not one of the 16 vehicles that are currently effected by this issue. The issue is for the same make, model and year as my vehicle.

This is the 2nd time within a year my airmatic suspension system has went out while driving and I have lost control of driving my vehicle. I have paid 3900 to have the problem repaired it has not been a year and the same issue has happened. Faulty dangerous suspension system airbag suspension is dangerous and faulty.

Fire started in the Engine and consumed the entire vehicle in less than 5 minutes

My suspension failed would not send any air pressure to lift my vehicle while driving my car ride was very bumpy and I loss contol.

The contact owns a 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLS450. The contact stated that upon starting the vehicle after driving in a rainstorm, the power steering malfunction message was displayed. While driving approximately 70 MPH, the power steering became inoperable. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer where it was diagnosed and determined that the failure was due to the electronic power steering rack. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 17V241000 (Steering). The manufacturer was contacted and notified of the failure and the contact was referred to NHTSA Hotline for assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 29,210.

Car destroyed by fire on March 19, 2023 while at a quick stop near Chickasaw, OK. Car was last serviced by Mercedes-Benz of Oklahoma City in December 2022. No personal injuries just a total loss of the vehicle. Cause of the fire at present is unknown. Pictures are available.

I purchased this Vehical Al from auto of Texas in carralton tx I don’t have seatbelt on the second row so I am unable to buckle my children in I have contacted dealership three time for two weeks and they have not fixed the problem I have only have vehicle for 22 day didn’t not notice the where not seatbelts until after I purchased it my niece was thrown from the seat due to no seatbelt

Over time, the low beam lights have faded which make it very difficult to see at night.

Our car, Mercedes GLS 450, caught on fire after pulled into the garage from a short drive on local streets, which resulted a total loss on our house. After pulling into the garage, the home link didn't work when tried to use it to close the garage door. Upon coming out of the car, smoke came out from under the hood and soon after it became flame. We attempted to extinguish the fire with a fire extinguisher as it appeared with hood still closed and fire immediately came back. By the time the firefighters came, there was a full fledged fire. The fire has burned the car beyond recognition and the garage was burned too. The fire and smoke has caused a total loss on our house. There were NO warning lights or warning messages at all before smoke or fire started. Investigators hired by Mercedes Benz inspected the burnt car and concluded the fire was due to a missing oil cap. While questionable the oil cap was the source of the fire, it seems the GLS 450 didn't have a sensor for missing oil cap to trigger a warning light or warning message, which is what some less sophisticated cars have because modern engines have positive crankcase ventilation. If indeed missing oil cap could cause full fledged fire, shouldn't Mercedes put a sensor to warn the customers? There is a recall, see link below, on almost all Mercedes model cars in Jan. 2022 for the reason that the car could catch on fire. Our GLS was built just two months before the starting timeline on the recall and it caught on fire a

I DROVE UP AND DOWN THE WESTERN UNITED STATES ON HIGHWAYS AND CITY STREETS. I DROVE 16 HOURS A DAY FOR ABOUT 1 WEEK. I RECEIVED A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WITH A WARNING THAT THERE WAS A SMALL EVAP LEAK. AFTER BEING SERVICED THIS WARNING DID NOT APPEAR AGAIN. I BELIEVE THE THRESHOLDS WERE UPDATED TO IGNORE SMALL EVAP LEAKS. AROUND OCTOBER 28, 2019, I NOTICED THE FLOOR BOARD OF MY VEHICLE OVERHEATING. I ALSO DETECTED MORE EXHAUST FUMES ENTERING THE CABIN. I BELIEVE THE CATALYTIC CONVERTERS ARE LESS EFFECTIVE AND A BLOCKAGE IS CAUSING MORE EXHAUST TO LEAK FROM THE EMISSIONS SYSTEM. HOWEVER NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WARNING SO THE MANUFACTURER WILL NOT REPAIR UNDER WARRANTY. I WAS INITIALLY GETTING HEADACHES AND EXPERIENCING PAIN IN MY SPINAL CORD. AFTER OWNING THE VEHICLE FOR MORE THAN 2 YEARS, THE REAR TAILGATE OPENED BY ITSELF 3 TIMES IN 8 DAYS. THE FIRST TIME, THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED IN OUR HOME GARAGE. WOULDN'T PARK, REVERSE, COULDN'T TAKE MY FOOT OFF THE BRAKE), B) NO ABILITY TO TURN CAR OFF, C) POWER STEERING WENT OUT, D) AIRBAGS FLAGGED AS INACTIVE, E) MOST ALL MY DASHBOARD WARNING LIGHTS WENT ON INCLUDING ONE THAT SAID "MALFUNCTION", F) MY DASHBOARD GAUGES FAILED (E.G. THIS SEEMS LIKE A MAJOR DESIGN FLAW -- THAT A SMALL MISALIGNMENT COULD CAUSE A SEVERE AND LIFE-THREATENING CASCADING SYSTEM MALFUNCTION IF LEFT UNTREATED, AND THAT I HAD NO WARNING OF ANY KIND THAT WHAT APPEARED TO BE A MINOR DENT WAS A MAJOR ISSUE. I WANT TO KNOW IF OTHERS HAVE HAD THIS HAPPEN, AND IF THIS WARRANTS INITIATING A RECALL INVESTIGATION. MY INSURANCE COMPANY IS TAKING PHOTOS AND WRITING UP FINDINGS. I'LL PROVIDE THEM ON REQUEST.

ROAD VISIBILITY IS POOR WITH LOW BEAM LIGHTING ON NORMAL WEATHER CONDITION DURING NIGHTTIME. IT INCREASES DANGER WHEN IT RAINS AND/OR FOGGY WEATHER DURING NIGHTTIME.VISITED DEALERSHIP AND BROUGHT UP ISSUES, BUT MBENZ CAN'T FIX IT SINCE IT PASSES ITS STANDARD. NHTSA, PLEASE DO MORE RESEARCH ON THIS ISSUE PROACTIVELY FOR SAFETY. I BELIEVE ITS A SERIOUS PROBLEM. THIS BIG LUXURY TRUCK MOSTLY USE BY FAMILIES. KEEP THEM SAFE!

MY 2017 MERCEDES BENZ GLS 450 HAS STANDARD HALOGEN LIGHTING FROM THE FACTORY. IT HAS VERY POOR VISIBILITY IN RAINY,FOG CONDITIONS. ALSO VERY POOR VISIBILITY IN URBAN AREAS WHERE THERE IS PARTIAL STREET LIGHTING. THE LOW BEAN HEADLIGHTS ARE TOO DIM TO SEE INFRONT OF VEHICLE. THIS IS VERY BIG SUV AND FEEL IT IS SAFETY HAZARD TO DRIVE WITH THE STANDARD LIGHTING.

WHEN IN DISTRONIC+ WHICH INCLUDES LANE KEEPING ASSIST, MY CAR SWERVES SHARPLY OUT OF ITS LANE FOR NO APPARENT REASON WHICH, WHILE INFREQUENT, COULD CAUSE AN ACCIDENT. I HAVE TAKEN MY CAR TO THE LOCAL DEALER RESULTING IN NO CAUSE IDENTIFICATION AND HAVE PROVIDED AN EMAIL TO MERCEDES CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NO RESPONSE YET. THE STANDARD HEADLIGHTS ARE EXTREMELY DIM AND UNSUITABLE FOR NIGHTTIME DRIVING. THEY HAVE A BRIGHTNESS ROUGHLY EQUIVALENT TO PARKING LIGHTS. THIS IS A PROBLEM KNOWN TO MERCEDES ACCORDING TO MANY ONLINE BOARDS. MY VEHICLE IS UNSAFE FOR NIGHT DRIVING AND NEEDS TO BE RETROFITTED WITH SOME USABLE HEADLIGHTS. VISIBILITY IS ONLY ABOUT 10 FEET IN FRONT OF THE CAR WHICH IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR HIGHWAY DRIVING.

I BOUGHT 2017 GLS 450 IN JULY LAST YEAR 2016.THE PASSENGER SEAT DOES NOT MOVE PROPERLY FORWARD AND BACKWARD.AFTER THE INITIAL REVIEW THE DEALER TOLD ME IT WAS EXTERNAL INFLUENCE THAT CREATED THE PROBLEM. THE MOTOR IS UNDER THE SEAT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SEAT. IN NO WAY IT COULD BE EXTERNAL PROBLEM. THE SEAT WILL NOT MOVE IN THE EVENT OF ACCIDENT AND THERE COULD BE NO DEPLOY OF THE AIRBAG DUE TO MALFUNCTION OF SEAT.I M JUST WORRIED OF THE SAFETY OF THE FAMILY. REAR WINDOW FRACTURED WHILE AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT WITH NO OTHER CARS AROUND OR PEOPLE. OCCURRED ON A COUNTY ROAD.

WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE TURNER TURNPIKE (BETWEEN TULSA AND OKC, AROUND 70-75MPH)THE VEHICLE WITHOUT WARNING HAS SWERVED LEFT AND RIGHT ON THREE DIFFERENT OCCASIONS. THE ACTION FELT AS IF THE HAND OF GOD WAS THROWING US LEFT AND THEN RIGHT. THE CAR HAS A MIND OF ITS OWN. THEN THE LAST TIME THAT I DROVE THE CAR IT SUDDENLY YANKED ME OFF THE ROAD WITHOUT WARNING, LITERALLY TRYING TO KILL US. THIS LAST INCIDENT OCCURRED WHEN THE CAR HAD AROUND 1,750 MILES ON IT. THE THING IS DANGEROUS! I NOW OWN A CAR THAT I CAN'T PUT MY FAMILY IN AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE ROAD. THE SHAKING ORIGINALLY STARTED OUT AS SOON AS I PUT THE CAR ON THE HIGHWAY FOR THE FIRST TIME, TWO DAYS AFTER PURCHASING IT. BUT THE SHAKING WAS ONLY A SHAKE THAT WOULD BE DESCRIBED AS AN IRRITANT. HOWEVER, IN MBOKC'S EFFORTS TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM THEY MAY HAVE CREATED THE TWO NEW PROBLEMS WHICH ARE FAR MORE TROUBLING. MBOKC REPORTED TO ME THAT AFTER DRIVING THE CAR 600 MILES THEY WERE ONLY ABLE TO EXPERIENCE THE PROBLEM TWICE. THEREFORE, THEY WEREN'T ABLE TO FIX THE CAR UNLESS I CAN GET THE CAR TO PREFORM THAT WAY ALL THE TIME. IT'S ALSO FUNNY (ACCORDING TO THE RECORDING WHICH I HAVE) THAT THEY DROVE THE CAR SEVERAL HUNDRED MILES BEFORE THEY EXPERIENCED THE PROBLEM TWICE . IT ALSO WAITED UNTIL I DROVE IT 1,750 MILES BEFORE IT TRIED TO KILL ME! NOT SURE IF I SHOULD WAIT UNTIL AN ACCIDENT OCCURS TO ACT. PLEASE ADVISE!

VEHICLE IS ONLY 3 WEEKS OLD. A FAULTY ENGINE WIRE HARNESS CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO CEASE OPERATING IN TRAFFIC AND PUT MY FAMILY IN A POTENTIALLY LIFE THREATENING SITUATION. MERCEDES DID NOT REPLACE BUT ONLY "REPAIRED" THE WIRE, WHICH WE WERE TOLD WAS NOT ASSEMBLED CORRECTLY AND WAS PINCHED IN A BRACKET AND SUBSEQUENTLY CHAFED, WHICH CAN POTENTIALLY STILL CAUSE A LIFE THREATENING ENGINE MALFUNCTION DURING NORMAL OPERATION. MERCEDES IS NOT WILLING TO REPLACE THE ENGINE HARNESS WIRE, NOR REPLACE THE VEHICLE. I FEAR FOR THE SAFETY OF MY FAMILY.

REAR DIFFERENTIAL AXLE SEALS WERE DISTORTED, CAUSING FLUID TO LEAD OUT. THE SEALS APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN INSTALLED INCORRECTLY WHEN THE CAR WAS MANUFACTURED. SEALS HAVE BEEN REPLACED PRIOR TO ANY ADDITIONAL PROBLEMS WITH THE VEHICLE OR DRIVE TRAIN. DEALER REPLACED SEAL QUICKLY AND PROMPTLY. DEALERSHIP WAS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH.

HEADRESTS IN THE 2ND ROW ARE UNSAFE, IN THE UP POSITION IT HAS NO PROTECTION FOR CHILDREN OR ADULTS, IN THE DOWN POSITION IT PUSHES THE NECK AND HEAD OF ALL PASSENGERS FORWARD.
