TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 KTM 300XC. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 15 MPH WHEN THE HANDLE BAR CLAMPS FRACTURED AND THE CONTACT LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. AS A RESULT, THE VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A CRASH. A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THE CONTACT WAS TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL TO TREAT SERIOUS INJURIES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO HAVE THE FAILURE DIAGNOSED AND WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
