**System/Component Failed & Inspection Status:** Frame/Chassis Structure, Axles, & Suspension. Structural I-beam frame warpage (1 1/8" out of cross-diagonal square; 4 7/8" hanger placement variance), frame weld cracks, flattened leaf springs, bent spindles, and repeated shearing/loss of wheel lug studs and complete wheels in transit. **Available for inspection:** Yes, stored at Aces Auto & Trailers in Cortez, CO with full photo/video/measurement records. **Safety Risk:** Heavy-duty wheel assemblies sheared off at highway speeds on 3 occasions. Most recently ([XXX]), both passenger-side wheels detached in rapid succession on the highway, creating an immediate, life-threatening projectile risk to surrounding traffic. Attending State Highway Patrol kept us roadside 10+ hours and warned it was sheer luck no major crash or fatalities occurred and highly recommended reporting to NHTSA. **Confirmed by Dealer/Service Center?** Yes. **Aces Auto & Trailers (Cortez, CO)** confirmed 1 1/8" frame variance and weld cracks forcing the rear axle to "walk" out of alignment, generating extreme lateral shear that snaps lug studs. They declared the frame a total structural loss. **Beautiful AZ RV Repair (Jayco Authorized)** confirmed a bent axle spindle, ungreased bearings, and flattened leaf springs. **King’s Diesel (LA)** confirmed complete lug shear. **Inspected by Manufacturer, Police, or Others?** Yes. **Lippert Components** inspected [XXX] (WO #[XXX]), recording frame misalignment, cracked

Reading this record

No unusual pattern of severe incidents in the complaint record.

Complaint counts track how many cars were sold and how long they have been on the road as much as they track quality. A common model from 2013 has had a decade to accumulate reports; a rare one from last year has not. The signal worth weighing is in the severity columns, in whether the same component keeps appearing, and in whether the manufacturer eventually opened a recall for it.

Most recent recall on file: none. Source: NHTSA Office of Defects Investigation.
