2025 Honda Grom makes transmission noise while riding for a while (30 min.) on 5th gear that goes away when you downshift back to 2nd, factory defect that Honda is aware of (according to Grom forums). Some claim that this is "caused by the second gear rubbing against the countershaft and overheating". Honda dealership quoted $1200-$2000 for transmission repairs.
