TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 HONDA CHF50 METROPOLITAN MOTORCYCLE. WHILE RIDING 5 MPH, THE CLUTCH SEIZED. AS A RESULT, THE VEHICLE LIFTED IN THE AIR AND STRUCK THE CONTACT'S ELBOW.
