THE AUTOMATIC CHOKE DOES NOT HAVE A STEADY IDLE, WHEN THE ENGINE IS WARM THE IDLE JUMPS FROM 1000 TO 1500 RPM'S CONTINUOUSLY, WHEN TAKING OFF FROM FIRST GEAR THE ENGINE SPUTTERS LIKE IT IS GOING TO STALL AND THERE IS NO INDICATION FROM THE MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LAMP. NLM
