MOTORCYCLE WILL STOP RUNNING GOING DOWN THE HIGHWAY OR IN TOWN. ENGINE WILL INCREASE TO 3000 RPM WITH NO CONTROL OVER IT. THIS HAS HAPPENED 12 TIMES IN THE LAST 400 MILES. TOOK TO DEALER THEY HAD THE MOTORCYCLE FOR 4 DAYS AND WAS TOLD THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH THE BIKE NOW SO THEY CANNOT FIX IT IF IT IS NOT BROKE AND I SHOULD DRIVE IT UNTIL IT FAILS AGAIN THEN BRING THE MOTORCYCLE BACK TO THEM AND THEY WILL FIX THE PROBLEM. I ASKED THEM IN OTHER WORDS THE PROBLEM IS NOT FIXED AND WHEN THE MOTORCYCLE QUITS AGAIN IN FRONT OF A CAR AND HE HITS ME THE PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED? HE SAID I CAN'T FIX IT IF IT IS NOT BROKE. *JB
