Defect. CERTAIN MOTORCYCLES MAY HAVE FRONT BRAKE LINES WHICH COULD LEAK DUE TO A MANUFACTURING DEFECT.

Risk. SHOULD THIS COMPONENT FAIL WHEN IN USE ON THE MOTORCYCLE, ALL FUNCTIONALITY OF THE FRONT BRAKE SYSTEM WOULD BE LOST WITHOUT WARNING, INCREASING THE RISK OF A CRASH.

Remedy. DEALERS WILL INSPECT THE FRONT BRAKE LINE AND REPLACE IF THE BRAZE IS NOT VISIBLE. THE RECALL BEGAN ON OCTOBER 10, 2005. OWNERS SHOULD CONTACT HARLEY-DAVIDSON AT 1-414-343-4056.

A PRODUCT SOLD BY BAGGER NATION / PAUL YAFFE TIRE AIR VALVE CAP CAUSES THE VALVE TO LOOSEN THUS LOOSING AIR. WITH SPEED IT HITS THE BRAKE CALIPER. THIS HAPPENED TO ME ON THE FRONT TIRE.
