DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE THE TRAILER WAS BEING PULLED AT 60 MPH THE REAR AXEL BROKE LOOSE AND BECAME LODGED UNDERNEATH THE TRAILER. THE TRAILER WAS STOPPED AND THE REAR AXLE WAS REMOVED. IT WAS TOWED TO DEALER FOR REPAIRS. *AK UPDATED 07/31/06.*JB
DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE THE TRAILER WAS BEING PULLED AT 60 MPH THE REAR AXLE BROKE LOOSE ON ONE SIDE. THE TRAILER WAS STOPPED AND THE AXLE BROKE COMPLETELY LOOSE. THE TRAILER HAD 2000 POUNDS OF CARGO. A MACHINE SHOP RE-WELDED THE AXLE TO THE TRAILER. NO DETERMINATION HAD BEEN MADE AS TO WHY THE FAILURE OCCURRED. UPDATED 07/31/06. *JB
DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE THE TRAILER WAS BEING PULLED 60 MPH THE REAR AXEL BROKE LOOSE FROM THE TRAILER AND WAS NEVER RECOVERED. THE TRAILER WAS PULLED OFF THE ROAD FOR INSPECTION AND IT WAS PULLED TO THE DEALER. THE DEALER REPLACED THE ENTIRE REAR AXEL AND BOTH WHEELS. MANUFACTURER WAS ALERTED AND DETERMINED THE FAILURES WERE DUE TO MISUSE OF THE TRAILER. 2005 H & H TRAILER, TANDEM AXEL CARGO TRAILER. *AK THE MANUFACTURER REPLACED AXLE AND TIRES.
