ANTILOCK BRAKES ACTIVATE AT VERY LOW SPEEDS SUCH AS THE LAST COUPLE OF FEET BEFORE COMING TO A STOP. THIS OCCURS ON DRY PAVEMENT WITH NO SKIDDING WHATSOEVER. THIS INCREASES STOPING DISTANCES AND I FEEL TAHA IT COULD RESULT IN A CRASH.
