TL*THE CONTACT USED A COMPANY OWNED 2002 THOMAS ER VAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE BRAKES AND WHEELS LOCKED WHILE DRIVING DOWNHILL AT 10 MPH. THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO SLIDE AND STRUCK ANOTHER VEHICLE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE ROAD. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE CONTACT LOST HER JOB AS A RESULT.
