THE DAY CONSUMER TOOK POSESSION OF THE VEHICLE, IT WOULD PRODUCE A STRANGE KNOCKING AND SCREECHING NOISE EACH TIME THE CONSUMER WOULD CHANGE GEARS, CONSUMER HAS RETURNED THE VEHICLE SEVERAL TIMES, ONLY HAVING TO TAKE THE VEHICLE BACK TO THE DEALER BECAUSE THE PROBLEM WAS NOT BEEN REMEDIED.(LAWYER ON BEHALF OF CLIENT)*JB
