2008 SATURN AURORA. CONSUMER WRITES SEEKING REIMBURSEMENT FOR GEAR SHIFT CABLE REPAIRS. *LD THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED UNDER RECALL BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED TWO MORE TIMES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND OFFERED REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE REPAIR COSTS, BUT ONLY WITH THE AUTHORIZATION OF RELEASING THE MANUFACTURER FROM FUTURE LIABILITIES OF THE GEAR SHIFT. THE CONSUMER REFUSED THE OFFER AND REQUESTED AN UNCONDITIONAL REIMBURSEMENT. UPDATED 11/08/2017*JS
