Defect. Altec Industries, Inc. (Altec) is recalling certain 2026 Service Body, Aerial Device, Digger Derrick, and AC Series Crane vehicles. These vehicles may have been manufactured without a rearview camera installed.
Risk. A missing rearview camera can reduce the driver's view behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy. Altec will install a camera or provide a camera kit to owners as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters will be mailed December 4, 2026. Owners may contact Altec customer service at 1-877-462-5832. Altec's number for this recall is CSN-3376.

Defect. Altec Industries, Inc. (Altec) is recalling certain 2022-2026 Service Body vehicles. The inverter output AC wiring may be routed too tightly in the electrical receptacle enclosure and become damaged, possibly resulting in a short circuit.
Risk. A short may cause the inverter AC wiring to overheat, increasing the risk of a fire.
Remedy. Altec will install an electrical receptacle enclosure extension, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed August 28, 2026. Owners may contact Altec customer service at 1-877-462-5832. Altec's number for this recall is CSN-3340.

Defect. Altec Industries, Inc. (Altec) is recalling certain 2023-2026 Service Body, Aerial Device, Pressure Digger, Spray Truck, and Digger Derrick vehicles. The low tire pressure rating printed on the final stage certification label is incorrect.
Risk. An incorrect pressure rating may lead to underinflated tires, increasing the risk of a tire blowout or a crash.
Remedy. Altec will inspect and replace the incorrect certification label, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 11, 2026. Owners may contact Altec customer service at 1-877-462-5832. Altec's number for this recall is CSN-3294.
