TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 YAMAHA YW50SBL MOTOR SCOOTER. WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE SCOOTER WOULD SUDDENLY SHUT OFF. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE FUEL PUMP WAS FAULTY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 5,000.
