CLUTCH LEVER DEPRESSED AND ENGAGED THROTTLE SUDDENLY WENT UP IN AIR AND RIDER WAS THROWN FROM VEHICLE. CLUTCH CABLE HAD SNAPPED. YAMAHA COMPANY STATED UNLESS CONSUMER AGREED THAT THIS HAPPENED DUE TO RIDER INEXPERIENCE THEY WOULD NOT HONOR WARRANTY.
