TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 YAMAHA MIDNIGHT VENTURE MOTORCYCLE. WHILE THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO TURN THE KEY (NOT START THE ENGINE), THE MOTORCYCLE STARTED ON ITS OWN. SINCE IT WAS ALREADY IN GEAR, THE MOTORCYCLE ACCELERATED, BUT WAS UNABLE TO TAKE OFF ON THE ROAD BECAUSE IT WAS ATTACHED TO A TRAILER. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT YET BEEN INSPECTED OR DIAGNOSED, BUT THE CONTACT FEELS THAT IT SHOULD NOT REACT IN THAT MANNER AND SHOULD BE RECALLED. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 18,000.
